Its privacy policy hasn't been updated since 2008 and the terms of service haven't been updated to 2009 so it's really a miracle it Veoh lasted this long at all.

Vaguely remember using this site as a child to look up fish and aquarium videos. You had two options for video quality, poor, for 240p, and high, for 360. Not going to miss it.

Veoh was how my brothers and I watched the subs of Kirby of the Stars. I will never forget the random "Snape kills Dumbledore" that popped up in the commercial break in one of the episodes, and how we lost our shit over the timing of pausing the video on this one frame:

But ultimately, Veoh had nothing else to offer for us over the years. Hadn't thought about the site until a few years back and was surprised it was even still up.

Dailymotion's next, it's only a matter of time.

I didn't know they were still around. Back when I was a kid and didn't know how to use the Internet, I somehow stumbled on the site when looking for places to watch anime. Every now and then a video of tits would pop up which was kind of cool.

I think this is the first time I've heard Veoh mentioned in about a decade, which is probably why it's dying. It sucks because every time one of these sites goes offline it makes Google's monopoly that little bit stronger, but since the Most Viewed tab on the front page at the time of posting this is just six clips of the same chick in a bikini, I can't say I'm surprised by it either.
