I only read through once but it looks like the appeals court included Lemons comment about watching nicks show to get valuable intel.

So Ty was late, gay, and got cucked by chupp. Nick gave the opponents the playbook (or battle plans for you non sports people) to get tons of weebs monies.

Fairly certain people called that Vic was gonna eat shit for fighting to get back onto Kamehacon. He should've just sued all the conventions and made them enforce their handshake/spoken word agreements since the court was gonna penalize him for doing so anyway.

I doubt he would have gotten specific performance for a breach of contract like that, damages would be far more likely unless Texas is strange in how it deals with remedies.

But he absolutely should have gone after the conventions for breach first.
