looks like it will drop tomorrow.

Since both parties need to agree to an extension for it to happen (unless there's some special part of the law I don't know about), I wonder if, as a compromise, MoRonica got an extension over their fees. It seems so last minute that A) both parties agreed to a 1-2 day extension, or B) BHCH went to the court and asked for another day or two and just had it approved without MoRonica knowing.

Classic asking teacher for more time to work on an essay you already got extra time for, I can't even get mad or frustrated anymore about the seemingly lackadaisical handling of the entire lawsuit by Ty "I won't let them destroy your son!" Beard.

I bless them for getting MoRon's depositions, I think that's the one solid thing they've done to help Vic out, just seeing those rodents fail at lying was all most reasonable people ever needed to see.

I hope it's option B because I'm fucking sick of Ty playing nice with MoRon.

Both parties agreeing (or not opposing it) makes reasonable extensions nearly automatic. To oppose it requires filing paper in opposition.

Akiva has dialed it back considerablconsiderably and was last seen slapfighting manjaw.
Last I looked, it was basically dialed to zero. Except a few tweets over the months. I think Em put the fear of Yahweh in him with how well people here can "get to know him." Seems to have regain focus on his kike talking points of current events in the time being. Still embarrassing for a Columbia law graduate to be part of LawTwitter. Not sure how he isn't ashamed to be in the same circle as Douchette--a community college lawyer.

It's probably a), using the defendants late appeal as a good excuse for getting one or two more days to make sure they are not leaving anything out.

Again, they way I understood it, the defendants appeal would be worthless if any charges are sent back by the appeals court, so Vic's firm would essentially get a few extra days and the only thing they have to give MoRon are a few more days for their council to charge them even more for a completely useless document. Well useless in the case any charge is sent back.

The compromise is probably and agreement not to object to MoRons late filing.

Seriously? Four more weeks?

That'd be ok if the brief they are going to end up filing would turn out to be one hell of a bulletproof document. But I have a feeling it's not going to be that way. Kinda worried they'll file a very lackluster and unpolished brief, even after two extensions.
