Video Archive Thread (DarksydePhil & Detractors)

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
The videos from the second Discord leaks; user Salubrious did archive 2 of them in that thread, but I don't see the third, so I'll add on here.

Channels: "unban-appeals" + "permaban-list" + "nightbot-editing" + miscellaneous

Channel: "twitch-moderation"

Channel: "anything-else"

Old archive I have from the account HashtagDaKOH on Twitter:
https://x.com/HashtagDaKOH
https://archive.md/pxtXp

The account has archives of DSP's old Rizon IRC (chat); zip file includes tweets, media, etc.

Has anyone archived some TIHYDP's from BigShowRoolz? Specifically, TIHYDP WWE 2K15(one of my favorites)which seems to have sadly been deleted/unlisted from his channel.
Did a quick search, and looks like no one archived the (last) video in any of the major archiving sites, but it's possible that their first attempts were instead (although very unlikely).

The video is however privated, not deleted, so it's technically not lost yet, even if there really isn't any archive out there.

That's a shame. I just now used wayback machine hoping it would be downloadable(along with 2K16)somehow, but no luck. Thank you.

In response to a comment talking about compiling data about DSP's videos and figuring out the total size and duration:
* * * * * * *

A long time ago, some Kiwifarmers tried to compile a bunch of data from DSP's videos and put it in a csv file, which has a lot of that information (duration, file size, tags, etc); caps at mid 2020.

I personally have not made any statistics with it, but I can give you the file (I'll post in the other thread as well). The data is a bit over the place, and I'm not the one who extracted it, so I have not verified how exhaustive it is or what criteria uses for some things.

If you want to do anything with it, you'll need something to properly read/analyze the csv data, like Python (for example).

@neger psykolog

If that data is to be believed, between 04-15-2010 and 05-23-2020, DSP uploaded 55,848,551 seconds ( or 15,513.5 hours or 646.4 days) worth of video to Youtube. As for storage, about 13% of the data is missing, but from what is there, Youtube is storing at least about 14.1 TB of video from DSP. I tried to impute both by using the mean for that year, as well as just forward filling the nearest non-null value, and got about 18.0 to 18.4 TB. I'll see if I can get the data to extend this further to current day, if I don't get lazy.

I made some silly plots for you:

You think the YT upload graph is correct? He uploaded until he left Twitch for good which isn't that long ago. And he still uploads a x number of videos each day instead of keeping his stream online

But Phil wants all to go through his whole "catalogue" to see what a guy he is? I'd rather eat a gun then subject myself to that kind of torture

Based on that file, that's what I'm seeing, although it looks a bit low to me. As @We Are The Witches mentioned, it can't be verified how exhaustive the is. I might try to write to something to get every single bit of metadata regarding DSP's channel, but the hard part will probably be YouTube's API limit. Attaching the script I used, to be TRANSPARENT and HONEST with all of you.

@shalashaska
Good work, and yes, I cannot verify how certain things were made for this file as I didn't compile it myself & was gotten like half a decade ago, but at least it does contain a lot of archived data, so it's good for this thread.
