Waterpark Simulator is doing Holiday things! ❄️ I love this game.

Also didja know that Ghost Master Resurrection is a thing, and that it's currently on sale?👻

I have accomplished enough in my life, now I shall do nothing but play vidya.

Finished Halo 4 and now I just have Infinite to play at some point. It was ironically my 2nd favorite game after Reach despite it having such a bad reputation among fans of the series. The graphical update was welcome after all of the other games looking pretty samey, and it was nice to fight something other than Covenant and Flood, however briefly. Will figure out what I'm playing next tomorrow.

You should play halo 5
But being completely serious you should play halo wars and halo wars 2 if you havent. Very fun games and the ads for 2 were funny.

Winter sales so far seem to be quite lackluster. Steam has been pretty underwhelming for years but even all the other official stores offer only mediocre discounts. I hope the discounts get better in the next couple of days.

This game is more fun than I thought it would be. There's a speediness to it and the wacky physics keep it from getting monotonous like a lot of sim games can get. It needs a more challenging mode, though, because you really can't fail, but it's still in Early Access so maybe we will get one.

So many of these games suffer from the dogshit naming scheme of AI games. Like, gas station simulator. Sounds low quality and shit, but it's a great game with lots of support and DLC. Then you move on to the next simulator game and expect the same only to have a hot poo put in your hand instead. Then something like waterpark sim comes out and it's good again. They really need to quit the 'x simulator' naming scheme.

Medieval Dynasty is a great game. Then they released a japanese Dynasty game, aaaand it blows. What the hell.

I still think back to the day of flash sales when GTA 4 being -60% crashed steam. I browse every sale and never buy anything. Then I tick "Show games in my library" and it makes sense - I own every good deal. The larger the discount, the more confident the developers are in their game and it shows.

kids will never know the joy of flash sales
The EU and its consequences have been a disaster... I am so nostalgic about flash sales. It was really fun! I also miss how you could buy games and store them in the steam inventory for later. Sometimes when a game was 90% off, I might get it for later in case I made some new friend who would be interested but didn't have it, or for trading later.

Blame key resellers for that. People would stockpile and sell them.

Looks like Blizzard is twisting everyone's arms - you have to buy the $40 Lord of Hatred expansion if you didn't already buy Vessel of Hatred (which seems to be unlisted) in order to advance the season tiers in Divine Intervention. That might break my Skinner box addiction, thanks!

Just finished the Pragmata demo and I gotta say this is gonna be an instant buy for me. The 2000s esque scifi atmosphere is very appealing to me and the hacking is very fun. I have a feeling they're gonna kill Diane and I might cry.

Getting back into TF2, feels so much better without all those bots.

what is everyone playing and actually enjoying? i cannot find anything that even remotely hooks me lately. destiny 2 is kind of gay and repetitive, and these sales are kind of shitty. im close to just installing DayZ again. but i really dont wanna do that unless it becomes required.
