Anyone else have a game or games where if you happen to hear a track from its soundtrack or even just get it in your head you get an extremely strong urge to go and play it again even if you've already beaten it before, maybe multiple times?

I hear SNES Star Fox music in my head every time I take a shower. I don't shower very often so there's always a moment of "huh, where do I know that from". Then I remember it's the same thing it's been every time for the last 25 years and I lie down on the tiles for a while. Absolute fucking bops to have existential crises to though.

Having reached Vermillion Wastelands in Crosscode for the 3rd time I'm still amazed at how it manages to hit hard emotionally. The game's pretty lame faux anime at times but this part is extremely well done.

I'm planning to finish the game this time around but damn I really wish there's a happy ending for it.

I also like that this time around, being aware that there are AI copies of player avatars, that some hints are present as to why Lukas or rather his version that we've been with in Vermillion, who is higher leveled than the real Lukas and is also a separate player entry in the party member menu doesn't appear to remember what happened.

I do remember hating Emilie as a character even more after this section and I think I'm about to go through that again.

I'm reminded of how bad South Park games were until The Stick of Truth after playing Snow Day.

Anyone got any suggestions for incremental games, survivors-likes or roguelites with meta progression? I'm on tear with these sorta games right now and I want more.
Slayer Legend if you're also looking for a idle mobile game. There's always new stuff to unlock and aim for every time you reach the next progression milestone, there's almost always an event going on, it's pretty chill and not credit card aggressive (the only recommended thing to buy is the ad-free bundle, everything else can be unlocked with a bit of time and luck). If you go on its subreddit and on the discord you find there you will find a nice community, autistic in the best way, that will link you to charts and guides for the optimal meta progressions.

So yeah, if you like the flow of the game and stick with it I can assure you you'll find it rewarding and addicting. If you reach Gold promotion, want to join a guild and you're on the Europe1 servers (basically all European's countries but UK, France, Austria and Germany) you can drop me a message ;) The guild system is chill too, the activities there are low intensity and not pay-to-win, but something that you would want to do to earn extra resources for yourself.

Anybody has heard of 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand? If not, it's a score based, drop-in, drop-out co-op third person shooter where you play as 50 Cent or G-Unit in the Middle East to obtain a diamond encrusted skull as payment for a concert.
GTA YouTuber, The Professional, is doing a walkthrough of 50 Cent: BotS on Hard. He's one of the few people that bought it on launch in 2009.

One more fact about Blood on the Sand, the car chases were included at the "behest of 50 Cent" on the eleventh. Car chases and helicopters weren't made for this game in mind, so that's why they appear janky there in practice.
