I myself would want the power of inventory; carrying tons of stuff around without any weight constraints; like I could carry around a bunch of bottled waters or transport gold bars around like nothing.

Custom spells in Oblivion.

The obvious - give yourself super high stats, high jumping, invisibility.
Slightly less obvious - Charm people to get them to do stuff for you/haggle lower prices.
Trolling - drain stamina (causes people to spontaneously collapse/ragdoll on the ground when stamina goes below 0)
Maximum trolling - Raise aggression in a large radius (anyone hit by it attacks the first living thing they see) + invisibility (so you're not targeted and get to watch everyone go crazy)

Seriously, that last one, done in any town, was the second most entertaining skill I've ever used in a game. But lets just say save first, because the only survivors were a few random guards.

So I'm sure we've all seen this coming...I'd actually want the Keyblade from Kingdom Hearts. I'm not just saying that because I'm a shameless fanboy, but because it's a weapon that basically has all the power you'll need to conquer the world; an edge that cuts basically anything despite the majority of the keyblade designs - including the basic Kingdom Key - being blunt or even rounded, the ability to unlock anything (lock yourself out of your car? Just summon the keyblade and tap the lock!), and depending on your ability with it or which one you use, you could extract a person's light/darkness/soul, transform into different weapons including crossbows and guns, and even have a limited time travel ability (you have to take over your body from the past or something).
In our current reality, it'd be an unwieldy hunk of metal or plastic that might break your wrists or even saw into them depending on the designs though.

And besides that, I'd probably want to use those advanced techniques from SSBM like wavedashing, just for the trolling/mindfuck potential. Or a version of the type-able cheat codes from Doom or a dev console that enables cheating in the form of a computer or smartphone app.

I'd like the stealth camoflague from Metal Gear Solid. I could sneak by without having to be seen. Also would like an EZ gun so that way I could knock anyone out along with some of the emotional darts from MGS 4. Bring out someones inner state of rage or sadness would be a sight to behold.
