It'd be nice to see him play a few more PS2 classics, like Ratchet and Clank or the Jak games (Jak & Daxter or just Jak 2) since they're fairly short, solid Platformers that have some funny moments. Maximo: Army of Zin's a good one too. Maybe a couple more Gamecube games too, like Custom Robo or Pikmin.
I personally want to see him play Hyper Light Drifter since it gives off a ALTTP feel and it's fun to see him get into the zone during action games that kick his ass, like during the final boss in DMC3.

And just for memes sake: Just ONE full playthrough of Sonic Adventure, preferably SA2 since it's linear. No mod fixes. No enhancements. Just pure, unadulterated, early 3D Sonic jank.
He could even play SA2's 2P Battle Mode with Mike just for kicks.
Then again, that might not make for a good stream, both in terms of finicky controls and spastic chat members. Considering how overly sensitive Sonicfags can get over their Golden Geese and how these days, Vinny's wishy-washiness when it comes to poking light fun at certain games/fanbases (won't make fun of Undertale, but will gladly shit on anime and Kingdom Hearts) that he'd spend more time defending/thought policing his enjoyment of the jank as to not "offend" anyone while trying to sooth chat's autims. I guess there's always Mike as a rebound to all that.

Yeah I finally got around to watching him again, and these streams are probably the most fun I have had with Vinesauce as a whole in a while. Though it was just a TAD frustrating hearing him go "I'm gonna search for the entity at night" the whole stream, and immideately chicken out the moment something interesting happens. Makes me worried he is gonna miss out on a lot of stuff. Also his game is apparently kinda broken and he needs to reset something, so I hope he figures that out.

The problem with this post is that there's a near 0% chance of Vinny going back to play an old game unless it's something he personally grew up with. It's an honest to God miracle he played The Silent Hill games (too bad chat meme'd him into avoiding Silent Hill 4, it's legitimately a good game and I will die on a hill defending it) and Earthbound and Mother 3. The only reason he begrudgingly bumbled his way through Sonic 3 is because it was a charity goal.

Okay, am I crazy to think that when Joel said he got an "updated" chaos mod for GTA IV, he meant he secretly removed the troon, ace, etc. flags (that the dev is shoving in every one of his mods, apparently), and just left out the rainbow, which I'm assuming he felt like was the tamest one, or at least for it to not seem suspicious? Cuz I only see the rainbow now, and in the previous stream each flag would appear after another.

I haven't finished the VOD yet, but Joel once again amazes me, if that's the case.

I'm like 100% certain he removed them or had somebody remove them before streaming the mod again. Joey is a based king and I didn't see another one of the tranny/freak flags show up during the latest stream.

The colors for the chaos mode timer had been reduced, but the mod menu still had different flag colors. So either the guy he may have gotten to remove them wasn't able to, or this wasn't intended by Joel/they were removed with a recent update.
I honestly don't believe Joel has enough know-how to modify a GTA IV mod.

I figured it wouldn't be necessarily Joel himself, but maybe one of his chat mods. Just like Krillian removed tranny stuff from his Sims 4 save. Or at the very least it was easily accessible in the mod's files. I'm not sure how GTA IV mods look like on the inside, so Idk.

Because I genuinely don't believe the virtue signaling dev would suddenly remove flags for Joel if he shoves them everywhere already, like his life depends on it. But who knows, maybe Joel made him realize somehow that no one fucking likes tranny propaganda in their games.
 
I miss when Vinny played weird or obscure shit and not just Nintendo releases or multiplayer games with the occasional 50 minute corruption stream thrown in.

I can't tell if Vinny's reaction here is towards Bruce Willis's voice acting or the line itself. If it's the latter than it's a pretty depressing microcosm of how nowadays Vin is so terminally online or connected with other terminally online people that he takes offense to something over reasons that most people wouldn't even know or care about. Or maybe he's just being offended on behalf of chat lest they accuse him of tolerating an evil dog whistle.

Joel just knows the path to cowdom is pathed with political autism and wants to stay as far far away from it all as possible. It's how he's survived as long as he has where so many other streamers went to shit.
 
Anyone here have any recommendations for streamers in the same vein as Vinesauce/Jerma who have yet to succumb to the zoomer plague? We all clearly very much like the style of content that they bring, yet are unhappy with the current state of these streamers communities and the new content they are putting out. I think a lot of us would appreciate some suggestions of other adult-oriented gaming streamers with a less abhorrent community. Personally I'd like to recommend Grayfruit, he's pretty funny and plays a good variety of games.

The Bully Demise saga is probably still my favorite LP series ever. SGF's restrained comedy and MDickie's bizarre games just go together so well.
