He was doing some day streams during the week for a bit there and skipping some sundays, the evening sunday stream is chat's fave and they probibly beg for it incessantly when it goes away, despite vinny saying his sunday material is dwindling (corruptions and trash just have finite content without retreading, in fact some of the corruptions are basically mini romhacks at this point just to keep the packs from turning into Clown Vomit Variation 2.588-b ad nauseam)

Vinny should've done those giant elden ring pre-records as day streams and then transitioned into more healthy length streams. He is the ultimate Prisoner of the Moment type, so I'm sure once some new hype things start coming out he'll be tempted to do em live.

He did sonic 3 with imakuni, I'm hoping for a full sonic solo run with Origins, he even will get to do his sega dioes what nintendennises rant. He has been warming up to old sega stuff recently, watching videos on the master system ect, hopefully some QoL improvements in sonic will get him out of his grumpy mario only phase. then when frontiers drops he can shit on it live like it deserves, with full appreciation of 2d sonic

You hit the nail on the head. Vinny rarely plays older games unless it's something he grew up with or good Sunday material. Someone in chat mentioned Deus Ex recently and Vinny said he should play it but he probably never will. He has also talked about games he would play if they were remade a lot. Ace Combat 7 was a big surprise when he streamed that the other day, even people in chat and in the comments section later on YouTube were surprised.

I know she changed her name awhile back. I made sure to search her new @ when I checked the following list. Either way, Lyuba is really relevant enough to warrant much scoping into, and Ari/Cryptid hasn't done anything too interesting lately to write about. Seems like she's unapologetic in publicly befriending hi_yeena and Shannguin online though, based off the tweets on her personal account.

Idk if it's just me, but I'm just not feeling any of Vin's stuff these days. Like a lot of people are mentioning it's almost like old Vinesauce stuff these days, but even as someone who started watching him in 2014, something just feels...off. Can't really put my finger on what exactly. And I still watch stuff from Joel, Rev, and even Limes sometimes. But I get this odd aura whenever I try to watch any new vod or video that Vinny puts out. Anyone have any ideas? Maybe I just got over him?

You are probably getting older.

I am the same, I am more interested in his dad band atm because it's just easier content for me to consume with my work and life schedule.

I don't really have the time to sit for hours at a time and listen to a man pushing his 40s ramble. Not that I find anything wrong with what he does or talks about, I found out about and tried a lot of new things that he has brought up on his streams over the years. I just have much different priorities now than I did 10 years ago.

When you watch someone for nearly a decade (I've ben watching since around 2014 as well), you learn all their flaws and tendencies. Just like someone you're dating, you get bored of them and start getting annoyed by the small things that you notice. Many of his videos are just: Star Trek -> Star Wars -> Random bursts of singing -> Repeating whatever he saw on redlettermedia/youtube essays

Don't know if this is a clock, but sometimes I keep thinking about that day when Joel made a joke about Half Life being really sci-fi because Black Mesa has black scientists. Like, I could almost feel that Joel was a edgelord who kept powerleveling to not sound like a asshole to some people or something.

A romhack of Mario 3 where the trees in the overworld are black people being lynched and you're rewarded for finding the king's ketamine with a go at his twerking concubine. Y'know, there's some old videos of Joel saying faggot or retard or whatever still on his channel and there's always people in the comments saying, "I'm glad Joel has matured since then." I'm always like what the fuck are you talking about? Are we watching the same stream? How the fuck is anything Joel does mature?

Because he's not saying the "gamer words" anymore and people somehow equate this to a maturation of character, even if he's still more or less the same funni shitposting Swede he's always been.
