>It's another "Vinny talks about his Tinnitus for 45+ minutes" stream.
We get it, it sucks.
>Its another Vinny talks about something he doesnt want to talk about for 30 mins

I think it's just a side effect of Vinny's autism. He always hyper fixates on whatever "new" thing is going on in his life, it usually takes the form of whatever new show, album, or game he's currently obsessed with but I guess this tinnitus is his new obsession.
or he's just old and complains a lot. because he's old.

The Jay Leno voice makes me want to die.
I'll admit I think the voice itself is kind of funny if he can tie it into a joke, but I watched The Grey Leno Show the other day and that was pretty rough. I think I laughed maybe once and it felt like more of pity laugh than anything. I kind of get what it was going for but it just wasn't very good. Maybe I actually don't get it and that was part of the point too?

As for least funny meme of all time, I can't think of any older things off the top of my head other than the dad jokes and when he started doing Rick & Morty voices constantly to the point where even the chat was telling him to stop. The recent annoying thing I've noticed is when he starts making stupid noises with that duck whistle for what feels like minutes at a time. I know his audience is full of children that respond to funny sounds and he's run out of things to talk about after a decade of streaming, but it always makes me want to turn off the stream and find something better to do.

Alright, what's the worst, least funny Vinesauce meme of all time? I nominate He Thicc
The worst Vinesauce meme has got to be the "20 minutes" meme that cancerfys chat whenever Vinny literally wants just information on a game if he's close to the end or not.
Quite literally has ended up leading to some streams where he cut it short RIGHT before the end and sometimes pushed him FAR past the time he was supposed to end the stream pre-accusations. I remember once he went to almost 6AM from such...

The other one which I hate is the whole "Swedish Vinny, Female Vinny, Irish Vinny, Texas Vinny, etc" meme as it basically says all the other streamers are like copies of Vinny and have nothing unique about them.
Vinny in the past has stated his distaste for the meme and I think even Joel as well.

There was that time he kept trying to make the trailer for Ishtar a meme around the time RLM did the review on it. Like it's kinda low hanging fruit to bring up how often Vinny brings those guys up, but that was one that he was REALLY leaning on it.

Honestly, most of them. To me jokes are usually funny the first or second time but after that it just gets annoying. It's actually decreased my enjoyment of his streams lately since he focuses too much on pleasing chat with funny noises and/or repetitive jokes. At least his prerecorded videos are still pretty great.

It's weird because I feel Joel is equally as guilty of doing this as well. But I feel with Joel he beats a joke into the ground SO MUCH, that at some point my mind breaks and the joke becomes funny again. I do not know why I feel this way.

It might be a form of Anti-Joke which reverses in on itself to be funny. Or Surreal Humor as sometimes the jokes sorta fit that.
I tried looking for a term for repetitive jokes being funny after the 4th or 5th time, but I don't think such a term exists.

I think it just comes down to context and intention. The few recurring jokes that I somewhat like are the ones meant to be ironic/purposely annoying. Maybe I'm just too spiteful. I also like Joel's surreal style of humor, I particularly enjoyed watching him mess with the scaffolding in GTA IV or playing Strut That Ass during serious cutscenes.
