I think after the GPM stuff happened, Vinny dialed back the idea of Vinesauce as a team that people would be inducted into. Otherwise, Mike, Desert, etc. would probably be “official” vinesauceTM streamers like back in the day. I think I’m not pulling this out of my ass, either. Pretty sure this was more or less said at some point

Yeah I thought Mike was a mini lolcow in his own right? I've been aware of his existence for as long as I've been aware of Vinny, I don't hate the guy, he's harmless but he's always been a bit of a retard and unwatchable because he cannot stop word vomiting the most stupid shit on his streams.

His history with Vinny (the whole, stealing his girl thing) would have definitely been some prime thread material back in the day.

I mean, maybe. Look hard enough at anyone online and you're bound to see a giant fucking retard. I watch Mike if what he's streaming looks interesting, his pizza tower GLONTCH stream was pretty enjoyable and I like his drum streams.

Generally, watching Vinny is a frustrating experience for me on any day but Sunday, which is where he really shines. Mike is more similar to Joel to me in terms of humor, though slightly more disgusting and considerably less intentionally annoying.

Oh I will not argue with you there that watching Vinny, at times, can be an exercise in raising my blood pressure with how frustratingly horrible he is at games.

I've said it many times, I really like how mellow things like the SotC streams were. And was generally a big fan of his pre-recorded stuff when he had his weird break because he wasn't getting bitchy constantly or showing off to chat.

As autistic as this sounds, I do like his cadence when he is speaking normally and not making annoying retard sounds, it's nice background working audio, it doesn't matter to me if he's sperging about Star Trek or The Beatles for the one millionth time since I'm not "actually" listening.

I think I've mentioned this before on the thread, but I think Mike is just okay. He's the type of person that I would want to punch in real life- also wouldn't trust him with my drink at a party. He gives me some major creep factor and idk why. I'm such a drama enjoyer, though, that I'd love for him to spill the beans on how bad of a friend Vinny is. Let's face it, the dude is anti-social and has a holier-than-thou ego problem. I kind of feel bad for him since all the girls he's ever been with have been major freaks (not in a good way). He's not ugly. Hell, some of those girls I kind of relate to since I wouldn't mind sleeping with him at a convention.

Some bitch sits on her ass and commits 100 hours of her week to drawing weird fan art of me? She's in my fan mail daily? She parades around her mental illnesses on twitter as something to be proud of? What could go wrong if I serve her my pepperoni?

I did lose a little respect for him through that whole saga, not because of what he did (good on him for getting out there) just the fact his standards for women are apparently so fucking low, it's not like he can't go out there and get a nice sane and put together milf for himself.

What do you think he's doing with his free time now? Hes hooking up with actual people outside of his echo chamber. This is why he's collabing with more people on his streams as those connections are building and can lead somewhere potentially.

I haven't been able to keep up in the last few months due to life and have only been watching the old favourite streams of mine, so honestly, no idea what he's up to, if this is indeed true, I'm glad to hear he's making some irl connections with normal non-internet brained people.

I don't see why Vin wouldn't be getting some poon right now. He's nearly 38 but looks 25, he's got a lot of money including a house and a car, and he sings in a rock band. I can see him possibly going full on celibate after what happened in 2021, but at the end of the day, the fact that we don't know anything about his relationships right now is telling that he's doing a good job staying out of trouble this time.

Let him have his instant gratification if he wants it. He may need it considering how he tends to be such a downer when talking about himself personally. He streamed a full track-by-track listen of his new Visions & Afterthoughts double album on the red vox channel yesterday and skipped I'll Know because he's "not ready yet"., so I suppose he doesn't really have a penchant for letting go of drama that occured in his life. Pretty much the reason why he does several charity streams every year is because the death of his grandfather & his mom continue to weigh on him so heavily, which I frankly can't blame him for. That shit sucks

He really just seems to be paying half attention to the game when chat is on. Then he barely touches a game's content and forgets basic mechanics between sessions. He really tries your patience if you know anything about what he's playing. I don't even ask he be good at what he plays, but at least pay a little attention. And if you aren't invested, why even boot it up?
