I love Joel but this "one guy" shit is being used to excuse DSP behaviour, of course there's people trying to fuck with him on chat but rellying on chat to spoon feed him for EVERYTHING is bound to draw people that get their kicks from frustrating the streamer. Im almost certain he got it from hanging too much with Mike but at least Mike fixed his one guy problem by not playing vidya and just doing reaction content now.
I don't mind the pee pee poo poo humour or the 8 hour meme hunt, thats what i watch Joel for. But ever since he started stopping the stream every 5 minutes to whine and piss his pants about some comment he read that was wrong is probably the biggest nose dive in quality his streams have ever done.

Okay. Care to elaborate on this "meme cat" I usually like the Voices of the Void streams, but if the next two are him going out of his way to find some shit post the dev put in, I might skip those.

exactly that, just a low poly cat spinning to a goofy song that got mildly popular 2 months ago, the dev decided to add it as an easter egg that's activated by typing "maxwell" in the console.
Joel fins out and decides to full focus on triggering the event and finding it, but he can't, at some point even the dev shows up and wonders why the fuck hasn't Joel found the damn cat yet, advices Joel to soft-reset the save file events several times to no avail.
Joel found other small discoveries while out looking for maxwell but they are quickly ignored in favor of continuing his search.
Biggest happening was Joel finding some swamp gas aliens that didn't do anything when aproached and that was that.
Not too different from other Joel hardcore streams where he headbutts a wall for several hours until he burst trough, it was the constant complaining about one guys i found grating

I think he’s a creep. He seems to purposefully go after obviously mentally unwell chicks half his age. He’s extremely vain (the hair implants lmao) and is probably using the random hookups to fan the flames of his wildfire ego. It’s gross how little self-control he has. You’d think he would have learned to keep it out of bpd groupies by now. Not a sexpest, but a weirdo pervert. Only a matter of time before the next public blowout.

I agree and I feel the same, but it's just you guys seem awfully resistant to the idea that he's a sleazebag. You don't need to be a rapist to be an asshole.

Oh, I thought the "pump and dump" comment made it pretty clear that I am aware he is a bit of an ass. LOL

And as stated a few pages back, I'm aware of the whole stealing Mike's girl incident, I was never under the illusion he was some "good guy".

Though it should be stated I don't particularly care if someone is an asshole or who they fuck (outside of finding it funny) as long as they aren't being a pedo/rapist.

he's got quite an extensive history of hooking up with crazy girls and then basically ghosting them after he's done with them. goes back all the way to when he was 19 and in college with mike, when he met mike's girlfriend and discovered she had a lot in common with him but was also utterly demented and more than willing to cheat on mike just to get dicked down by vin. ofcourse he felt bad about it afterwards and broke it off after consulting a dating forum. i'm sure the guitar playing and singing helped him get girls later on aswell, and now it's been reduced to him essentially pretending to be dicaprio, using his e-fame for quick fucks.

i don't personally believe he's a sexpest or a weird pervert or anything like that. what he suffers from is poor impulses and abhorrent taste in women. with his looks and money he could totally score a hot italian mama around his age range that he could share the house with, but knowing his self-assigned "commitment issues" it's probably not anything that would last very long.

I'm enjoying just being able to chill out and use it as background noise, since I've already completed both the original and the remake. I can't, however, fully watch without getting mad at his constant looping around and missing items. Shouldn't his autism aid in this kind of stuff?

When I thought It couldn't get any worse. Joel should just give the game and Eternitydev (Mrdrnose) no more attention for shoving kinks in peoples faces while not working on on Improving the game Itself.

These things look innocent but when you look deeper you see how weird it is. There was info posted about the VOTV dev earlier (as in probably a couple weeks or more at this point) that showcased some of that. I don't think he's bad by furfag standards from what I can see so far but he's someone not above inserting references to his fetishes in material that's supposed to be unrelated. All of the attention he's getting from streamers like Joel is going to make him think he can keep doing so.
