Joel's chat has been absolutely god awful lately and you can tell Joel is fucking fed up with it. I blame it on crossover from Jerma and Vinny's chat.

Also, maybe Joel should stop playing VotV after all.

I feel kind of bad for him
He's got the kind of personality that's absolute prime material for idiot teenagers, and I think the chat shows that off best
like, he's just safe enough that your mother wouldn't mind letting you watch for the most part, but he has enough edge to attract newly-pubescent children who think every sex joke is the peak of comedy and repeating the same few in-jokes a billion times is just as hilarious if not moreso
His videos and the animated versions of his streams show that off very well, too, with all the wacky sound effects and exaggerated expressions being perfect for ADHD kids with no attention span
this probably sounds really harsh, sorry

Also, that statement is clearly infringing on the rights of native FNAF fangame developers :mad:

That reminded of the fact that Joel used to briefly work at a kindergarten, but had to leave because, while it was fun, working with fussy, loud, overly energetic children everyday was too exhausting for him. (he told that story in an Earthbound stream, can't remember the exact part). I really can't help but compare that occupation to dealing with the chat.

I mean, it's twitch... it's safe to assume that the biggest groups in his chat are either teens/children, or autistic adults that haven't grown the fuck up. That's ontop of the troon menace that tries to poz his shit up from time to time.

How anyone would be sane enough to moderate any of that is beyond me. If twitch wasn't so fucking strict, Joel should just take the Metokur approach and just say "fuck it" with no moderation at all while ignoring it 99% of the time with that 1% being for polls. He shouldn't even do shout-outs since majority of the time they're all retarded shit that doesn't even help him progress through the games.
 
Alright. So we've had our doomer posts and whatnot. I would like to ask the thread if they have any personal favorites of the recent Vincent Sauce content. I'm feeling like exploring some but not sifting through all the turd content. (VoTV comes to mind)
