I was checking out a completely unrelated Soundcloud band and suddenly saw a familiar name in the list of recommended artists:

That's one of my favorite old Vinesauce clips. Here's some other ones you might enjoy.



 
You don't really notice the culture change between this decade and the last until you watch old streaming videos and just look at the chat or content. The fact one could play entire albums (albeit in the background) during a broadcast is unbelievable to an entire new generation.
 
Vinny is probably the only gaming YouTuber who doesn't annoy the shit out of me. I can't get through 710 pages. Is there any lolcowdom in his past, or has he managed to keep his hands clean?

Joel really gets on my nerves, though, with his habit of putting an "uh" sound at the end of most sentences. I'm sure it's related to his Scandinavian accent, but it really grates on my nerves. I can't even get through one full video of his.

Nope, I wasn't sure how far back any drama or faggotry might be. I just saw discussion of Joel and "VOTV", and I don't like Joel and have no idea what that is.

Other than the part where people tried to cancel him a while back, I don't think he's getting into much nowadays. The biggest problem just seems to be him surrounding himself with obnoxious Vtubers and other hanger-ons, or possibly having a penchant of slinging salami to unstable women trying to get their hands on him at cons. The latter may come back to bite him again, sooner or later.
