I’m a little surprised there isn’t a noticeable terminal 7 meme

Did anyone happen to archive the original post that Alizarin made on the Vinesauce subreddit a few hours ago before it got deleted? From what I understood of the comments, the mods were looking to delete any mention of the other streamers and only focus on Vinny's stuff going forward since the Vinesauce team doesn't exist like it used to. Not long after the post went up, Vinny commented and gave a more thorough explanation on how he feels about the Vinesauce team being non-existent & even disagreed with how the mods wanted to handle the subreddit going forward. Alizarin also made an updated response linking to the deleted post.

Archive of Vinny's comment
Archive of Alizarin's recent response

It's nice to see people give Alizarin some pushback on his bullshit though. I mean really, in what world is managing a subreddit that gets 4-5 posts a day and combing through filtered comments difficult or challenging? The subreddit is surprisingly less active than others that I've seen of other streamers and YouTubers.

Who the fuck posts about anyone but Vinny or Joel on the subreddit anyway.

What a weird modpost.

Is Alizarin active anywhere else other than vinny's chat?
Maybe they should make a Vinny specific subreddit if that's the only thing they care about

Not an archived link but I did take a screenshot of the post before it was unexpectedly deleted:

What gets me the most about that post is that Alizarin is holding onto what would be subreddits for other streamers he supposedly does not watch and if other users felt inclined to start using those communities, those users would need to contact him and "build trust" with him before he would let go of whatever subreddit handle he was holding onto for assumedly years. Alizarin sitting on these is probably why the one dedicated to Joel is r/VargskelethorJoel and not r/Vargskelethor. (posted hyperlinks so people can see the difference in member numbers)

I am more than likely late to realizing this but Alizarin seems to be the kind of person that needs to have a part to play in nearly everything Vinesauce related, and that really pisses me off now for some reason.

orbiters, tailcoat riders, etc. hardly unique but still noteworthy

“You most likely have seen a past discussion on our Subreddit Twitter that polled users on how everyone would feel if we refocused the subreddit to just Vinny-related discussion and content.”
…why the fuck would you host a poll for a subreddit on Twitter instead of Reddit? And why would a <100k subreddit need its own Twitter account?

It’s honestly admirable how delusional he is in thinking that he’s something notable in the community. Alizarin, you made Vinemon and released it 6-7 years after the already stale memes died out, and that’s it. Go cry in the Vinecord about how people in this thread are “jealous” that the friend simulators you mod for and work with don’t even like you all that much.

Damn, Vinny. When he says he hates dealing with drama and other people's bullshit, he means it.
More and more it seems like he really wants to distance himself from the connection the 'Vinesauce' branding had with the community, but some fans still hold onto that connection. So much so that he apparently gets blamed for what Limes decided to do herself becoming a Vtuber--like what the fuck?

That's like when people blamed Dire at the time for splitting the team up when Twitch was looking like a better alternative instead of sharing a single stream, despite Vinny explaining why he and everyone else found sharing the stream cumbersome on top of the drama associated with it.
For anyone not in the know, at the time when everyone had their own off-shoot Livestream group channel of Vidya Vidya and viewer numbers ranged from 30 to 200, there were certain rules that almost each group unanimously followed:

- No more than 1 streamer can stream the same game, you had to call dibs
- Certain games weren't allowed to be streamed for long periods of time or ever (Minecraft was a big one)
- You can only stream once per day and for no longer than 3 hours

All of these had exceptions in some cases, but in general, these were THE big ones.
The former 2 in particular were mostly because it was seen as causing burnout for the viewers, but in cases like Minecraft, you could only stream it to show off your creations, otherwise it was "boring" to watch someone play it. Since a lot of these streamers and viewers were /v/ adjacent and some of these groups had very, VERY little authority regarding everything, there was a lot of drama and trolling that could happen when some retard had the keys to the stream/website/autopilot (commercials)/etc. When you take this all into account while sharing a single stream, it was a fucking mess.

I recall when Binding of Isaac was popular, there was some drama regarding a streamer on 'TFV - The Final Vidya', who streamed it literally everyday and flipped his lid when the group told him he had to cut back on streaming it or find another game. A former admin there went schizo and banned known furry chat members or anyone he deemed a furry. There was an instance where a streamer got site privileges and deleted the site "for teh lulz".
There was was a streamer split from TFV and the popular streamers who left to make his new site, 'Black Jack And Hookers', put the autopilot at 0.25x speed with only one vid. playing, because a few viewers criticized some of the choices for the autopilot. There's a whole lot more drama I can't even remember, but the TL;DR is that a lot drama with streams back then was downright petty.
If he wants to make things easier on himself he should just cut ties with Reddit since he stupidly peruses Twitter now and doesn't like Reddit anyway.

I don't know Alizarin aside from remembering the name from when I used to watch these guys but I'm going to assume that they've got a pathetic Twitch channel of their own where they regularly stream to 30~ viewers and literally every aspect of their humor and personality is Vinesauce references. Considering the last time I watched a Vin stream his humor was 90% references already, some sort of autistic humor zombification must take place where recycled jokes are recycled again for even lesser nose exhales than previously garnered.

I watched his stream once many years ago but it was basically this and usually playing a game that Vinny had played recently (to a much higher skill level, though that is not a difficult achievement).

vinny's playing a cdi zelda fangame ""tribute"" which means it's just one of those game clones where they make a bootleg just in order to shove their lesbian tranny fetish shit in it. also the character designs are chink bootlegs because original character design no longer exists in the current day.

I wonder how MentleJen is doing. Stumbled across her many years back and thought it was neat the first viewer was a streamer. I hope she kept clean and is doing well.
