He's said before in some stream or other that he doesn't really see the point in doing AI stuff like he used to because it's gotten too competent to be funny like it used to be in the AI Dungeon, Talk to Transformer, or GANBreeder days. I think so too, honestly. Asking ChatGPT to act weird is not going to be very funny, and while you can always make weird images with Bing or whatever, the novelty has worn off for most people and anyone who still wants to can just do it himself.

I think he just lashes out at the annoying AI haters because they jump the gun on everything and have called genuine art shown on stream AI, as if they are deathly afraid of letting a piece of AI generated art pass them by without being called out. Like in mikes game show segment yesterday, someone called Joel a better streamer and he full on crashed out. I do not care for Rimworld

I always think I like RimWorld. Until he starts playing it. Immediately there are a hundred chatoids screaming about things to do and not to do, which is to be expected, and doesn't bother me. What does bother me is that he always just listens to some random message, instead of doing a 5 second google search and finding out how something like the storyteller works. Despite knowing full well most people in chat saying things haven't even played the game.

So instead you end up with things like 5 or whatever parts without him even starting the new DLC. I will never understand why he doesn't just look basic things up if he's that curious. Or, if he wants it to surprise him, just not ask chat to begin with and get confusing, conflicting answers.
To this day he thinks Randy is an increased "difficulty." Also fuck the reloading whenever some forced meme character dies, good god, just let a fucker die. Hell, even if all your pawns die there's a good chance some random dude just spawns in under your control.
