Install FrankerFaceZ and use the chat filter to block all pride flag emotes. It's what I did years ago. I also used the regex filtering to filter stuff like number only chats where people are voting on Twitch integrated things.

Because of a specific type of chat posting, where people would just copy paste something in all caps with TriHards or KKonas wrapping it. Just a general trend that chat messages with those emotes usually had no value.
