If I recall correctly he mentioned loving it off stream in a BRB. Just sounds like he didn't want to bother with chat and enjoy it for himself.

i guess that makes sense. maybe he knew the chat would flip their shit over some things that happen in the game, but i would have still loved to see it. his stick of truth series of streams is one of my personal favorites.

Drama aside: TIL that Nintendo not only hates fan games but they also hate their games getting corrupted.

IMO the new Paper Mario game seems decent, I might get it if it goes on sale.

As for the current drama, maybe thats whats stressing him? that some thot wants to #MeToo Vinny cause she wants clout.

Rest easy, this does not look like the kind of house Vinny would keep. Look at the flower wreath on the door. The fence was put in some time after 2012 (it used to be chainlink) if you check older captures.

Actually, I think this does match up with what we've seen from his facecam videos (old kitchen in the background, fence outside the window etc.). Unfortunately.

Hope this will just be something that's forgotten and the chat / Redditors will keep quiet about it.

Edit: not American, but isn't 17 legal in NYC?

Vinny inherited the house, but he's gone on record saying that his grandmother and dad still live with him there. This video also confirms that its the same house shown in the photo you posted. He also goes into this a bit further when he was on the CUPodcast with Pat the NES Punk here (he mentions he owns the house @ the 12:20 mark, but from 13:35 onward he talks about his home being paid off etc).

In all seriousness, it's really shitty that Vinny has to deal with brain dead losers that think doxxing him/sharing his mom's obituary is anything relevant to current Vinesauce. At least have some respect for the family members that still live there and aren't tied to the stream. I hope he doesn't have to remove the obituary online and explain to his family members why it's no longer accessible- should anything get drastic (which I don't think it will, but you never know). As for the #metoo'ing stuff, pretty sure he would've taken notes from Fred's attempts at Skype sexcapades and at least ask for someone's age before getting involved in anything like that. That, and he knows better than to not stick his dick in crazy; let alone e-sext a viewer.

I'm going to echo what others are saying and confirm that this is likely legit, if there was any doubt. Vinny's full name used to be easy to find when he worked at the public access station, I looked it up years ago out of curiosity and it's the same one listed here. I was always kind of hoping that info would be kept under wraps out of respect for him, but I'm also kind of surprised it took this long to leak. Vinny is lucky he has enjoyed such a supportive audience for so long, hopefully people keep up the trend of leaving him alone even with this info getting out there.
 
I have seen the 233 house in other videos, like that storm one that was posted at some point. Vinny would live in a place called "Dongan Hills".
 
I think with any luck this won't be widely circulated. This information was all readily available before, I don't think one post on /v/ is enough to cause that much of a shitstorm.
 
This is just the shit you have to deal with being e-famous. Worse has happened and Vinny isn't really a guy who's the center of some heated drama or any shit like that, nobody has any reason to mail bomb him or go to his house and vandalize it or anything. Even with the #metoo horse shit, you just have to not back down. Worst case scenario is Vinny loses some of his audience (particularly the cancerous part of it) and gets some nasty mail. Not exactly the end of the world.

Regardless, if you guys are real serious about not wanting this to get out, you're probably much better off getting rid of all of the links to that information on this thread rather than passing it around. Not that I give a shit one way or another, it's an e-celeb, but if you're concerned with it maybe keep it to DM's so the redditors and shit who comb this place can't find it.
