Really bizarre behaviour from Mandalore. The evidence looks badly fake. Especially the weird audio recording. That has cuts that my untrained ears can hear. If I could hear them an experienced content creator like Mandalore certainly would. He wasn't making any mistakes. Everything he did was deliberate. He and Shammy are being dishonest cucks. But what else can you expect from SA goons.

Vinny is usually pretty good at dancing around drama so I'm personally expecting him to not address it at all or even joke about it. Frankly, with the "victims" themselves coming out in his defense, I think he should try lawyering up and dealing with the a-logging tard for good, but I'm not expecting it.
 
Another small thing is that some of the audio from the 'phone call' comes from his SH2 playthrough apparently? Neither user followed up on their claim. I was going to rewatch the playthrough today but got distracted by eggs.

That first user is also responding to some itty bitty youtuber who has continued to blow his top about this whole thing to an obsessive degree. Like, hundreds of tweets defending the retards behind it and disparaging pretty much anyone who questions it. Seems suspect that he's been doing youtube for years and has absolutely no trouble believing that the audio clip is 100% true definitely not fake at all and is definitely Vinny's voice and not edited in any sort of malicious or misleading way whatsoever. Warning; lots of LOLs, LMAOs, like?????s, uh????s, what????s, Bros, literallys, come on nows, and some real sperg behaviour in general.

Edit; Of course he "knows the victims" which is why he's so sure. But the only evidence he can give is pointing people to the "38 page document and 8 minute audio of proof". Fuck off, lol.

People saying he should bring this to court are nuts. Lawyers cost tons of money and trials take tons of time. I don't even think defamation cases in the US are easy to win, either. Elon Musk called a dude a pedophile and somehow got off clean. Plus, I'm :optimistic: that Vinny will be fine from this. So many groups showed support for him and saw through the smear campaign like wet tissue paper. If fucking ProJared can come back, Vin will be fine.

That was a lot of reading but I finally caught on.

So, it all ended as fast as it started and all I got from it is that:

* Mandalore fucked up because he stupidly shared something without even checking it, regardless of intentions it is quite stupid and will cost him followers.
* Red Bard started as a nobody, after this she remains a salty ass nobody.
* Charon finally went more nuts than usual and ended any chance of doing anything important in the next few months because nobody will want a backstabbing idiot near them.

Did I missed something?, oh right, Vinny haven't even said anything about this lol. Calling it, he will start today stream with "I know there are things going on Twitter, I am not going to address them because they are rumors and you know how Twitter is, just please don't bring that on the chat or the booru, thank you mods for your work" and that will end this whole fiasco ~

I doubt a defamation lawsuit would be hard to pull off in the case of someone making up emails and splicing audio logs from random videos because that shit is as solid as a proof as it can get. Of course, that is assuming that those were faked.

He fucked willingly adult fan girls with no signs of grooming, pedophilia, forceful behaviour, rape, or anything that sounds actually bad. He flirted with adults who flirted back, and they engaged in sexual activity.

If anything, dude could settle out of court and force legal non disclosure agreements.

If and this is a big IF the audio is really spliced from the SH stream or any other stream for that matter then this whole document is absolute bust.
The audio is the only (albeit flimsy) piece of evidence the believers are holding onto because everything else has been countered by other people close to Vinny. but yeah it has to be proven first

He mentions Ross a bit in that audio. Did he even know Ross or Holly in 2018...? Ross didn't pop up on his radar until last year.
 
Completely out of left field, but what are the chances Imakuni's stalker might be in on this? I can see him trying to get to Imakuni through Vinny and Vin shutting his ass down hard. This could lead to some petty revenge.

You see that's the funny thing, he did absolutely NOTHING, not illegal, nor immoral. the ONE and only claim the believers are grandstanding is, and i shit you not, "power dynamics" that's it that's the whole deal that's how much of a fucking stretch this is
 
Because there's no background game music from the audio, I'm still somewhat skeptical that it's doctored, but has anyone checked the podcasts he's done?

He's more candid and loose discussing shit like what's heard in the audio. I know he did a long one with PatTheNESPunk, and Crit1kal's podcast .
