The fact that he said "I don't know if I'll be able to stream for a while... and if I'm comfortable I'll be back" makes it sound like he's definitely reconsidering a lot. I hope that he can take this time to heal and figure everything out.

Yeah, luckily it seems like he has a strong group of friends to depend on. I'm hoping he can be back soon but I know he'll be okay

Didn't Angry Joe do the same thing? He lawyered up, denied it, and said no more comment when he was accused of finger banging a 19 year old in the shower or whatever.

Smash player Nairo had a similar situation, initially he rolled over and got bullied into making an apology, then he layered up and got a settlement from the accuser
 
That fucking hurt to listen to he sounds so rough and distraught god damn.

Absolutely agree with his legal action route and I hope he sues these people into the ground. What a bombshell and based way to go.

That was about x50 sadder than expected. Was already having a bad day, but then it was REALLY jarring hearing Vinny on the verge of breaking down. Fuck, don't think I wanna monitor this situation for a bit ..

Not really, but it would be useful when putting together requests for information or getting subpoenas if necessary.

Basically it could be used in court, but you want something as close to the original document as possible, like something directly pulled directly from googles servers with full metadata, not a screen capture.

Fuck, he actually sounded really upset.
I honestly thought this wouldnt end up being a big deal and feel like an asshole now.
Glad someone finally ponied up and did the smart thing if shutting the fuck up and getting a layer in this situation, but I'm sad Vinny was the one who had to do it.

Man, I said I'd never get attached to some asshole internet persona I've never met, but I genuinely do feel bad and am a bit worried about him.

What will I fall asleep to now :(
 
Damn... watching that VOD was tough, but I'm happy he's sticking up for himself after this came out. Real or not or half-way true, he really is taking the best course of action for someone in his place, and I'm curious as to how this plays out. Good on him for also telling chat to stop being dummies by hounding the accusers.

Honestly whether he streams or not, I just hope he takes time to recuperate and takes it easy. I'd rather him be offline for awhile than have him be blatantly miserable over this stuff on stream every night.
 
I've watched Vinny for many years and hearing him like this was pretty heartbreaking. I hope he gets through this triumphant. Godspeed, binyot.
