Vinny did nothing wrong. I sincerely wish him the best and I'm happy that he has a solid support base of friends that are defending him.

Might be too optimistic, but I think we'll see Vin doing his thing again by the end of the month.

I'd say you should leave it, Vinny got a lawyer and revealing more stuff on Twatter might just hurt his case. You can still post more stuff here if you want but that's up to you and I am in no position to tell you what to do anyways, since I just made my account.

If I had to guess, Vinny probably won't come back until the legal proceedings are complete. Things might get hairy if he starts streaming again while this whole case is being processed.

Him staying away from streaming protects him from being harassed by people who still believe VS_Experiences, so I'm confident this will be good for him in the long run.

Yeah, he shouldn't feel pressured to return if he's not ready. I do hope, however, that this experience has shown him that we aren't so ready to instantly turn on him at the drop of a hat like so many other content creators have seen their fanbases do.

Let's not forget that if he slipped up and said something incriminating during the stream, it could be used *against* him in his Libel case. Its way safer for all parties involved if he takes a hiatus until this sorts itself out.

Agreed. Vinny does seem to get worn thin from time to time. These circumstances are worse. I wouldn't blame him if he took a vacation to sleep the fatigue off, or whatever. If it helps him come back stronger in the long run, I support that. The last thing I'd want is for him to get so worn out that he stops...

The fact he DFE'd is strongly indicative of guilt of something else. The stuff about the groomer was dug up shortly after he broadcasted this document, right?

I just tried signing it and got the same result. On examining the console the server is returning an HTTP 504 error... it's timing out. This card really did break their site.

Nintendo Nightmare was my introduction to Vinesauce. Can’t believe that was like 10 years ago. I don’t think I could have stumbled into a more bizarre stream.
