Did you check the rules for inmate mail? My initial guess is it probably wont reach him. Most prisons have rules about which enveloppe, paper format to use, etc. Some allow printed letters, some only allow hand-written, some allow large enveloppes, some don't, etc.

Then they also screen them and I'd assume something that looks like it's been written by a schizophrenic caveman won't pass through.

What a disappointment. I'm late to the party. I was gonna make a meme of Donald Trump smiling, saying "Hey Chris ... I did Barb first!"

Now it's too late. I could send it separately, but I'm not putting my return address on it. Oh well . . .
