Virginia Giuffre has said she has been given four days to live after being involved in a car crash with a bus.

Giuffre said she had suffered renal failure following a high-speed collision with a school bus.

"I’ve gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology. I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time, but you know what they say about wishes," she wrote in an Instagram post on Sunday evening.

Giuffre, née Roberts, lives in Australia, but it is not known where the bus crash happened or where she is receiving treatment, the Daily Mail reported.

Giuffre was sex trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein and previously accused Prince Andrew of sexual assault, a claim he has consistently and strongly denied. In February 2022, a civil sexual assault case brought against Andrew in the US was officially dismissed after he paid a financial settlement to Giuffre.

Giuffre claimed the duke had sex with her when she was 17 and had been trafficked by his friend, the late billionaire paedophile Epstein. Andrew has claimed he never met Giuffre, but went on to avert a looming trial by agreeing a settlement.

Why would this be true? There is a point where you are too sick for a transplant or dialysis but, renal failure is what drives the need for both of those - explicitly. Too sick meaning other things probably related to age or why things failed or other conditions entirely.

Also it's completely known for acute renal failure to sometimes resolve while dialysis buys time in the case of injury or toxic shock to the system.

Why would what be true? If you're Stage 5 CKD that means your kidneys are badly damaged, starting to fail, or already failing. Organs can get rejected by the body, they might not be able to find a donor in time, or you could have long term/permanent health issues that make you ineligible for a transplant. Without being able to see her medical chart or her medical history, hard to say for a fact why she was given a short time frame for life. The only information I can base this off of is the fact she was hit by a bus in a high speed collision and either damaged or ruptured the kidneys. I won't even get started on what long term effects being sex trafficked or what drugs she was given had on her.

Maybe I’m just being nitpicky, but four days to live sounds awfully specific.

If there's any truth to that, they probably told her she needs to start dialysis within four days or she'll die. Dialysis for total renal failure is usually 3 times a week, so that makes sense.

Otherwise, why would they be making plans transfer her to a specialist urology hospital? If she was dying in four days, they would just make her comfortable where she is, transfer her to a hospice center or have her die at home on hospice care.

Providers give estimates and ranges. I wouldn't expect a patient, let alone a patient that got hit by a fucking bus, to type out or understand "well the nephrologist said I have about a week but give or take a few days depending if I respond well to this medication or if my condition stabilizes or if a biopsy finds" etc. usually when I hear someone say something like 4 days, I guess their doc said 3-7 days and the patient family/patient just eyeballed the middle.

EDIT: for someone who got hit by a bus and has failing kidneys there's a noticeable lack of swelling

If she has a history of grifting I can see her maybe trying to pull a scam like this but holy shit thats a real easy way to fuck it up and get outed for an obvious scam when her explanation as to how she somehow survived doesn't add up. If you go back and look at her interviews she has made numerous wild claims and then later pretended she never said it or said that the opposite happened.

IF any of this is true I would expect a "high speed" collision sequence with a school bus with one significant injury to involve the smaller vehicle traveling at high speed and striking the bus from the rear or side.

If I'm not mistaken Ms. Giuffre has struggled with substance abuse so I'd be more likely to chalk this up to intoxication and/or driving like a retard.

If you'll recall, this was sold to the public by Dershowitz's rightwing grifter friends, like Cernovich, as a Big Win for justice and transparency.

Only... we never got The List. All we got was a photo op, followed by silence.


And now Guiffre, one of the most outspoken Epstein victims, whose rape allegations sparked Dershowitz's whole pedo-defending lawfare circus disguised as a crusade for transparency (that never came), is conveniently about to die. And the authorities know exactly where and when.

I'm sure this bus crash was just an accident (if they wanted to Epstein her, they'd have done so a lot more cleanly), but fuck everyone and every thing involved in this story. Dershowitz might be innocent, but he needs to be brought to trial, and all the evidence and all the testimony needs to be public knowledge now (including the stuff about Prince Andrew, which like most Epstein cases, got buried by a settlement).

I think it's possible she's telling the truth, but it's unlikely. She clearly ran into a school bus, and she's been caught lying numerous times before, so she's the very definition of an unreliable narrator. She's probably hoping that claiming she's on death's door will stave off the negative attention she'd otherwise get from drunk driving into a bus full of children and that by the time she announces "just kidding, I was misdiagnosed because doctors don't listen to women right sisters you should be mad about that instead of what I did" it'll all have blown over.

But I'm not entirely willing to rule out her just having the unluckiest life ever.
