Maybe being an MCN will give them slightly more points of contact to resolve issues within YouTube itself. But they seemed to sort issues like kiara being banned pretty quickly anyway... So it's probably the money thing xD

I honestly don't mind hololive and holostars collab i did enjoy aruran and matsuri one and when astel trolls matsuri in practice but what annoys me is those fags that wants hololive & holostar collab but doesn't even watch those streams.

Only 3 streams are lower than holostars collab but those are 2 watch along and a shitty sponsored mobile game.



For other holomembers they probably don't want to rock the boat and honestly speaking theres not much merit if they collab with them no?

Here's a truncated overview of Holostars' average/peak CCV according to Playboard. /#/ likely has more comprehensive numbers as Playboard only covers the 15 most recent streams, but they're so stagnant that I think the differences are negligible. Fun fact: Miyabi and Aruran actually lost subscribers this week.

'Class' refers to the classification Playboard gives their ccv relative to the averages of people within that subscriber bracket. It's not an exact science, but it's an indicator, and there are enough streamers in the 100-250K range to gauge a solid sample from.

Outside of Botan showing her Sheep clothing, she also announced that she will be going on a break. She's talked about these issues for a while now so I guess it's not really a surprise. Still really sucks and I hope they find out what's at the bottom of it and that she makes a quick recovery.

Botan announced that she will be taking a 1 week break as she will be hospitalized. She is suspected of being inflicted by either one of two illness that she is suspected of having and in order to confirm which one it is, she would be doing a detailed Medical Exam.

Botan reassures us that it is not life-threatening and she would be fine. Her body also feels completely fine and healthy to her even with the illness.

She won't immediately take a break tomorrow but she said that it would be around this month, but added that she have many collabs planned for this coming week so not this week either.

Her cats, Shishi-kun and Ron-chan would also be left to Anelion to be taken care of so no worries there too.

A lot people who say want to those collabs are redditors who think that they fighting some kinda war and are just using the boys as a weapon but otherwise don't care about them.

To be fair, I think it's legitimate to be in favour of the imposed limitations and eggshell attitude coming to an end without being an active viewer of Holostars.

Those who cannot understand Japanese and don't plan on watching Japanese streams are still allowed to believe that Holostars would have a chance to do better, with a larger (Japanese-speaking) audience, if they could routinely collab with the girls.

People who watch the girls' Nipponese streams without understanding a thing but don't want to do the same with the Holostars they champion are obviously a different beast, but I think people tend to overestimate the relative size of that group nowadays. Mind, I'm not saying that the gaijin audience completely abandoned HoloJP, but with many more English-language options (and other languages, too) there has been a definite shift of the audiences, even if absolute numbers may have grown.

Scarcity creates value, it’s a simple supply and demand. Gotta keep those oil barons craving for more. I want the Marine’s computer case but they are not even sell it oversea and make it limited edition domestically. I imagine some smart scalper will sell it on eBay for a payday amount.
