I think the point is that theres now a sort of movement to archive anyone who condoned/participated in/encouraged harassment of Pikamee. Anyone who was part of this absolutely should have as much attention as possible on them. So that if these "people" ever try to act like they're some sort of virtuous pillar of the community in the future, their fake personality can be immediately be disproven.
