I called it at the start of the year, this is the beginning of the end for NijiEN.
Definitely the biggest shitshow in the vtubing since the whole Pikamee incident. Can't say I've ever watched much of Selen, but I enjoyed what little I saw and its a shame she went through all of that.

I’m curious how the rest of the Niji en talents are going to react to all of this. I assume Niji will demand they just act like nothing has happened, but I imagine that will be hard when their chats will have lots of people asking their opinions and who’s side are they on etc…

Holo has had a couple wake up calls. Coco leaving was one, they realized they can't treat their talents that way, they tried to make up for it after she said she was quitting but she didn't want to stay anymore. The EN girls have also had to fight for a lot of their ideas to get approval and now they seem to get more well received after so many successful ones. Mori' and Ame have talked about how they had to push back on management a lot in the past and how it's improved over time.

Council had really shitty management, Omega and that whole thing was mismanaged and there were massive barriers to doing anything as HoloEn since it had to go through JP, then back through EN for any little thing. It's only after Sana left, Omega was canned, and Jap Man took over EN that a lot of Management was tossed out and new ones were put in that were more accommodating and EN was given more autonomy. That's what I assume makes the new unit different from just being another Holo EN Gen, is that ReGloss probably has their own branch manager to give them more autonomy outside of the HoloJP crowd. So them being their own branch means little to the viewer, but more to like Ririka, Raiden, and Ao themselves.

This is speculation, but I there seems to be a lot of barriers between management levels in Nijisanji. When Hololive launched English branch, they basically set up a new overseas company which had more autonomy. It even caused some difficulty with collabing initially (they had to set up their own Minecraft server and receive perms for accessing a Japanese one). Nijisanji still seems to be a Japanese bureaucratic company through and through with no considerations for Western work ethic, and we aren't even sure if Japanese upper management if aware of the problems.

Holy shit, what sense does that fucking make, they're your manager, DMing them is just part of the entire structure of a functional company. No wonder it seems like the cracks really started to show after they fired her. Rosemi is taking the day off she announced on twitter and said she was feeling very sad, if she ends up graduating that will be the last really big loss EN would able. I feel bad for her too because was recently getting a lot of love from the lead producer of Tekken 8.

Millie might be getting ready to do another Niji defense stream and explain why they're not a black company again while she slurps on Riku's dick.

Seems like typical /vt/ schizoposting tbh. I say this mostly because I've had that exact issue with my phone keyboard giving me a different apostrophe than what my PC keyboard produces by default. Seems more likely some are from her phone and some are from her PC.

This doesn't give too clear of a timeline but that last sentence is pretty interesting. Doki's hospital tweet was on Dec 31 and Selen's was on Dec 27. Also, if you can tolerate dramatubers, Falseeyed is doing a stream on the whole thing
