Hey Kiwis,

Over in Japan for a holiday, anyone recommend some stuff to go see? Been to the musuems and Kyoto and got all my history shit out of the way.

Got a day in Osaka and two more in Tokyo left.

Go to the war criminal Shinto shrine to offend the Chinese government

Make sure to try Japanese curry (look for a GoGo curry with a gorilla sign out front). Hit up the tiny bars and restaurants at Shinjuku Omoide Yokocho.

Honestly, I'd visit a fish market just to see what it's like. It always seems lively and so many cool fish. Some that probably won't be around for much longer.
Visit the Suicide Forest and see if you can find any fresh bodies, then take a selfie with them.
I've watched enough Japanese horror movies to know that this will only lead to a bad end.

Osaka has great food and sake. Try to stuff yourself there. You should also visit Osaka Castle because it is gorgeous. If you are into weeb stuff, you should go to Universal Studios. I think there's Final Fantasy and MonHun stuff there right now...Or Godzilla? Maybe all three. Lol.

Tokyo...Ummm...Have you seen the Skytree? Tsukiji Market? The National Museum? Have you walked around Shibuya, Ginza and Harajuku enough times to get sick of them?
