Surprised to see Kara no Shoujo made it to Steam, which is where I bought it. The sequel doesn't appear to be there though; guess I could get it on MangaGamer?

Shifting gears, after hearing endless hype I finally purchased a copy of Fate/Stay Night. Now to figure out how to get it running.......

Is this game good? I was wary of it being marked A/O that it woudl largely just be a sexual game.

Finally got around to starting Muv-Luv and by extension, Alternative. I thought I'd get sick of the typical anime stuff shown in Extra, but I actually enjoy it enough to the point where I'm going through and completing everybody's route. I also got the Marimo ending by accident.

Chizuru is best girl, it isn't even close.

Not sure if its a good series or not but humble bundle has all of Sakura for $12.

Finished Himawari - The Sunflower. I'm feeling a bit mixed about it. The game is more of a slice of life with some near-future setting involving space travel. I originally started it a year and a half ago, finished the first route, thought it was pretty mediocre and haven't touched it since. This was a mistake, the second and third routes are far better. The second in particular is amazing and it's clearly the one that had the most effort put into it, both in writing about relationships and having a lot of callbacks and characters (both male and females) acting like real humans with their own faults, there is apperantly a sequel to the second route but it's in pure moonrune. The third route closes up some plot points and gives interesting character insights but it ends up a bit underwhelming and ends with a possible continuation of the story that will never happen (considering the game came more than a decade ago). Besides that the age shows in the game and the UI and CGs aren't comparable to modern frontwing games.
Overall recommend for the second and third route, though the VN could have used some trimming. I think it took me around 25 hours to finish the routes.

Alright, im looking for something I cant remember the name of. It had a low budget anime and basically starts out as Die Hard on a space station. Focus is split between two halves and two characters.

If that rings any bells id appreciate it, I remember reading about it on Tv Tropes.

I still haven't learned jap. Its over for me.
Anyways not a fan of the art. It looks worse than 2008 takeuchi.

The new Tsukihime designs blow so much fucking ass dude. It's all just saberface or shirouface all the way. Look at what they did to poor Ciel.

I Love the shit out of Ciel and I view this design as an improvement.

Legit hyped that they've basically given her route a shit ton more importance and time. If this does well enough we may actually get to see more of the Burial agency (AKA the Type Moon version of Iscariot) in the future

You can tell that time has not been kind to this franchise.
Oh lord no. It has great ideas and scenes, but it needed a rewrite for the LONGGGEST time. Manga completely overshadows everything else in my opinion because they were free to flesh things out and cohesively link every element of the original in an organic manner. Was always salty Fate overshadowed it, because I found the universe the holy grail wars resided in to be more interesting then the events themselves.

Lord El-Melloi II Case Files really scratched that lore itch. Hope we get a similar series on the Church as opposed to the mages.

It had several Tsukihime references with the mystic eyes, which was nice. Nasu appears to be serious about getting away from the holy grail war shit.

Alright, finished Muv-Luv Extra and Unlimited. I'm sad I was spoiled on how Unlimited goes based on the description of the game, but I still had a great time with it and it was a fresh breath of air from Extra, which I liked, but after doing all the routes and trying to get all the CGs, I needed to do something else. The music is also catchy as hell. I also finished in 66.6 hours according to Steam, so I'm sure that's a good sign for things to come.

I am looking forwards to Alternative, the game Steam describes as something I'm going to need therapy and will get PTSD from. I'm not sure how true that will be, but I'm sure to have a good time nonetheless. Also how the fuck are they gonna fit a hundred hour VN into an anime? I feel like situations like these almost never work.

It's also unnerving as all hell that if I scroll down on the Steam page for Alternative, I can get myself spoiled in record time. Reeeealy wish there was a feature to get rid of that, I feel like I'm diffusing a bomb whenever I start this game up.

Also Chizuru is still best girl.
