I agree, she has no motivation to lose the weight. She has no motivation to do anything in her life really, spends all her time in her pink-coffin bedroom, eats and takes photos of her boobs.

She has average features imo, it's just that in comparison to her deformed body her normal looking face looks like a beacon of light. Her face has no definition though, you can't see her jaw line, her chin, it's a blob of fat. Pus she has that creepy puppet mouth that many fat people have.
