VLD fandom never cared about the comics in terms of their fanworks before, why start now? Can't they just keep AUing around Shiro/Curtis like they've been doing since S8 dropped?

(I've only seen summaries and the only things that stuck out to me were two ladies vying for a piece of Hunk, a princess fawning over Pidge, and Pidge having to fight mind-controlled Paladins or evil shadows who looked like them or something.)

I personally would've loved it, but I still remember people bashing the Hell out of Lyle... for not being Neil AND daring to point out how people should not expect him to be Neil just because they looked the same save for the missing eye and the hairstyle. And iirc, some GoLion fans back in the day also complained over Ryou's presence because he basically wasn't Takashi.
So... oh well.
