Jim and the Internet Historian are gonna have a field day with this one.
 
There will be a ball pit, a refreshment stand with grape kool-aid and fried chicken for everyone.

Also, an anti-Drumpf panel or some shit comparing the current political scenario to Harry Potter or some woke shit like that.
 
They should have had it father's day weekend to make sure everyone in the demographic had three appropriate free time
 
Taking place in Chicago. Is there a place in the US further away from Africa? Also given three of the organisers have the same surname I’m gonna assume they’re related. Doesn’t do much to dissuade me that this isn’t some in-group’s delusion of grandeur.

Assuming Disney has the trademark on the Wakanda name I doubt they’ll let them get away with it, especially if some websites start reporting on it. Here’s hoping they’ll rename it and carry on, would hate to see this inevitable disaster not go ahead.

This is either a scam or a disaster in the making. Probably both. Sure we all had a good laugh over Dashcon. But this here is Wakandacon. Can't wait to see what comes of this.

I'm trying to wrap my head around why they didn't realise that the name could be an issue. Do they think they own the name Wakanda because they are black and anyone who tells them otherwise is racis'?

Disney is like a pitbull when it comes to guarding their property. But there's also the fact that this is a black created con. And tearing it down could have every #woke POC and white tear crying mayo on social media bombarding Disney with hate. Either way it's shaping up to be glorious. So I hope it doesn't fizzle out.

Anyone who doesn't act like an ape is welcome anywhere. There are plenty of completely normal blacks who visit Comic Con, various american anime cons and shit. Nobody gives them shit unless they act like loud and obnoxious assholes.
 
Dashcon by blacks. Oh my god I want this so badly. Dashcon (ball pit) was such a great source of entertainment for me back when it happened. I would love to see it happen again, but this time with a Vice article about institutionalized racism destoying the black nerd community.
