But their intent is to implement quasi-dating sim whether it makes sense or not, as can be seen by later additions after The Hex themselves.
It's a system explicitly inspired by Love and Deepspace. What else could it become? I've seen a lot of cope that it also provides room to worldbuild and exposition dump through slightly more reliable narrators, but there's only so far that can take it when the primary drive behind the system is to pick a quirk chungus to date.

Fucking hell, a Chinese husbando simulator? Reb really needs to find a real man.

I play this as a glorified space Dynasty Warriors, I'm not going to spend hours chatting with fictional characters for crumbs of lore, and people that do are retarded.
Apparently, some of the new decorative items are locked behind this shit system as well.

Define "shit". More romancing BS with The Devil's Triad, but the Focus ults are fun, if overly grindy even for Warframe.
Uriel's fucking cracked, though you will need two tauforged yellows to make up for his horrendous casting speed.

As in are we past the phase of Rebecca forcing in gimmicks that don't fit the theme and don't work? Considering there's more romancing I'm not sure that's the case.
The Focus Ults/Tektolysts artifacts have some rough edges, but the standouts are either Nidri/Vazarin (one of its passives insta-revives anyone regardless of mission while its active, so it can save Deep Dives/Arbitrations that have gone south) or Lorak/Zenurik (using the ult gives you an upgradable buff to your warframe abilities, though it has to be used in moderation). The only problem is how fucking long it takes to charge up said ult even with the dedicated arcanes/amp mods (don't worry, they're easier to farm than you think). Unfortunately, each ult requires resources that drop from the newest content island (The Perita Rebellion), and while completing the Old Peace gives you some to ease the grind for your first ult, it's still a grind (on top of the Focus ult tree requiring more focus points).

Uriel himself is fucking nuts. His 4 travels through walls and deals more damage for every enemy it hits (up to a cap) and since it deals heat procs Archon Vitality is a shoe-in. It's gated behind its own charge bar (best ways to fill it up are by attacking the enemy one of your minions facehugs for extra drops, or by collecting the buff token another minion loots from corpses). The main catch is that you have to complete the other content island (The Descendia) to get the parts and pity currency (though this week is reportedly pretty good for SP; the penultimate stage before the final boss is a "treasure room" where you break as many containers as possible before you head down). This also means interacting with the Triad at minimum.

How's that?

Hard maybe. The content islands were always annoying after some time so we'll see if I can justify the grind again for just a frame and some new love for focus.
If you do plan on talking with the devil and his jailers, Lyon/Harrow's shop and dialogue are locked behind progress with Marie/Wisp.

Amazing Gauss and Grendel mecha-themed skins revealed
Also obese female warframe reveal - I foresee a lot of people getting banned for wrong opinions over this on subreddit
Already seen some great jokes, like her requiring 2 warframe slots or using her ink powers to paint hamburgers as idle animation

It's just genuinely ugly

Voruna - furry fetish
Jade - pregnancy fetish
Follie - fat fetish

Wouldnt be surprised if it was some self insert, too.

Ok, I thought people were overreacting with Follie thing because some didn't like Nokko much (me also being one of them, at first), but sweet lord that thing is ugly.

It's feels like they should've made the Latina equivalent (slim-thicc, like Mei in Overwatch) of Warframe, but instead ended up making the ghetto nigger's ideal snowbunny, who has the face (& even body) of an American Eagle hater equivalent of a Warframe instead.

Hell, forget the fat, the helmet alone is fugly to look at. It looks like a housefly. Michael Bay is the only person who made housefly humanoid space robot look cool.

I will say one thing tho, if she has a system where she becomes slim & fat depending on her ink (kinda like Fatgum from MHA), this won't be an issue honestly.
I got banned from the subreddit for saying that she's gonna have a heart attack after one bullet jump.
Knightmare Frame's (despite how one feels about him) comment section is the only free-space you can actually criticize this shit honestly.
I legitimately wonder if this so called "best multiplayer" community of all time has a place that ISN'T a Manson Family hugbox, apart from this site.
Voruna is hardly a furry, she has 4 wolf skulls as kneepads and shoulderpads and that's about as far as the wolf theme goes.
Yeah, I thought Sevagoth is the bara furry fetish one. In fact, correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't he literally made by a R34 artist, that too a yaoi one?

If you use helminth nourish on her the animation should cause an earthquake

I chuckled when I saw someone comment that they had to make a fat warframe as a DEI compromise for giving Dagath a retarded painted on underboob

While some points and reveals have been covered by other posts (like our second fatframe) here's the summary of Devstream 192:

First, the bad news:
  • Wall running will not be returning in the foreseeable future. I understand, it's been so fucking long since they changed the movement system back in U17, so trying to update existing maps will be a headache and a half.
  • Regarding Tauron Strikes taking too fucking long to charge up and use: this is something the devs are still discussing, as Pablo explains that their room-clearing abilities are meant for players in the midgame (i.e. no reliable access to room-clearing frame abilities and/or weapons), while longtime vets focus (har) on Amp mods instead. Trying to appease both groups is a challenge, so there's no explicitly announced changes in the pipeline.
  • Still no Garuda lore.
  • And the worst of them all: the Android port is arriving in February.
Now, I'm splitting the news into two parts, one for the Vauban Heirloom/ability retouch update due February 11, and the Shadowgrapher update dropping later this March.

  • We got our first in-game previews of Vauban's Heirloom skin. His jacket comes as an auxiliary slot item (so it can be removed if you wish), and will also come with a sleeveless variant. There were also glimpses of the signa, but I didn't get a good shot of it overall.
    • Personally, I'm not interested in most of the skin, but the Helmet alone looks nice.
  • Vauban's abilities and passive are getting some tune-ups. A bit of a surprise seeing as his kit has aged better compared to certain frames, but maybe that's why he got updated first:
    • His passive (increased damage to "incapacitated enemies" which is its own can of worms on what counts as "incapacitated") is being updated to include getting shocked by Electric procs, giving some flexibility to his arsenal. Ability descriptions will also be updated to specify which ones scale with enemy level (which has always been one of Vauban's hidden strengths).
    • Tesla Nervos' Status Chance will now scale with Ability Strength (nice), and they will now try to keep their distance from each other to better seek out individual targets. They're also getting updated to latch onto ragdolled enemies, and they're getting trails to help keep track of their locations.
      • The Tesla Bank augment will now mark affected enemies to help prioritize who to kill first.
    • Minelayer gets a significant change: the Tether Coil and Flechette Orb are getting merged (and can now stick to walls and ceilings), while the Vector Pad will now provide Overdriver's damage buff (and Companions can now benefit from the latter). These changes means that casting Minelayer becomes a simpler "tap for Tether-Flechettes, hold for Vector-Overdrive" rather than having to cycle through each ability.
    • Orbital Precision Photon Strike now has a reduced energy cost and slightly increased AoE, and now inflicts a guaranteed Blast proc on targeted enemies. It will also deal increased damage to enemy Overguard, and it won't throw enemies ragdolled by Bastille as much.
      • Photon Repeater will now fire off two additional strikes instead of just one.
    • Bastille's enemy cap is getting removed, letting it suspend an infinite number of enemies, but in exchange there will be a cap on how many Bastilles/Vortexes can be active at any given time. The armor strip/transfer will now affect ragdolled enemies, and both the transfer rate and cap on stolen armor are getting increased.
      • The Bastille half of the Repelling Bastille augment is getting updated: now killing an enemy in Bastille's AoE will increase its Duration. The Vortex half of the augment (throwing another Vortex into a preexisting one increases its Duration) remains unchanged.
  • Since it's the year of the Uma Horse, Dagath's naturally getting this year's Lunar New Year Skin. As the design evokes underboob, people predictably started salivating over it. She's also getting a small horse Ephemera and a new kaithe cosmetic set to go along with it.
  • Other incoming stuff includes new Dojo decorations, Devil's Triad floofs (neat little detail of Lyon's floof having two buttons on his right eye, but no Round Table floofs? Really?), and some code changes.
  • The big (in more ways than one) focus of this update is Follie, an ink/painting-themed Warframe. The idea sounds great, but the execution using a fatframe is naturally getting mocked outside of the hugboxes (I'm a tad neutral to it for now). The moment I saw the ink flowing out of her model I just knew someone's gonna make a cum joke.
    • While her model as is looks bad, it feels unfinished, so chances are we might see some changes in the next devstream.
    • Her associated quest takes us to the remains of the Vesper Relay orbiting Venus (as a reminder it was blown up during Eyes of Blight, but it survived in the XB1 build until crossplay was added). Here we also see Reb's hyperfixation on E33 since we're entering a painting of a Vesper Relay that wasn't blown up. Judging by the Void Flood asset floating near the player during the preview, we might see its mechanics in use.
    • Follie also appears to be getting her own tome weapon based on previewed animations, though whether it's an Exalted Weapon like Dante or its own thing remains to be seen.
  • Gauss and Grendel are getting mech-themed deluxe skins, complete with skins for the Acceltra and Masseter respectively. I'm not fond of the Gauss skin (something about the foot fins reminds me too much of Eli Vance from Half-Life 2), but the Grendel skin looks amazing and it's definitely a day 1 buy for me.
    • Laurel and Hardy over here are also getting their own duo emote. Yay!
  • Several changes and additions to the Adversary system, with a particular aim towards Liches and Sisters:
    • The aim in question; future Requiem relics will now be rolled into a singular Requiem Eterna relic that only drops the standard Reqiuem mods, bringing Requiem fissures in line with the Antivirus mod bounties in 1999. The old Requiem relics will be retired from drop tables following this change, though they'll still remain in the game and you can still buy them from Palladino if you wish.
      • Speaking of Palladino, her store will have new things purchasable with Riven slivers.
    • Historically, the valence percentages of Adversary weapons always favored the low end of the 25%-60% spectrum. Now the valence damage bonus will be randomly selected from that range instead.
    • We're also getting new Adversary weapons: the Coda Bubonico, the Tenet Quanta, and the Kuva Ghoulsaw. Tenet Quanta sounds nice, but the Coda Bubonico's model is too fucking massive.
  • The Perita Rebellion will be getting new tiles for layout variety, as well as an extra hard mode for those who found SP Perita too easy...
  • New Operator/Drifter heads for customization.
  • Additional info will come in Devstream 193 on February 27.

And that's everything.
