The funny part is a couple days ago, Rebecca was in an article stating quote: "It took us 13 years to build even a day of goodwill that we would get today, [...] And it only takes you one day to lose it all." Granted, this update is nowhere near as bad as the initial Railjack launch, but this was such bad timing. At least we know why Follie's so fat: she ate all the gamemode balance.Don't even bother logging in for this update until they patch the new game mode. It fucking blooooooooooows. It is so ridiculously unfun. Can't see anything because of light levels and bad color scheme + narrow hallways. Forced operator segments where they remove your sling, enemies are literally vantiblack so you can't fucking tell what is hitting you or from where. Staggers and slows on everything. Deimos tendrils are here... Holy fuck it is bad. Follie just spawning on top of you and locking the door so you insta die and lose your paint and have to find more. Actually insane they thought this was okay. Easily the worst thing they havr added in years.
Probably not helping matters is that, before it was hotfixed, Follie's main BP wasn't even in the hunt drop tables. Keep in mind DE is planning for a Follie-focused event a week later, so if they don't get their shit done quick, resentment's gonna boil over.
On the flipside, they promised some grind reductions, and here's what they gave us (copypasted from the forums because I am lazy at the moment):
- Reduced the build time on Excalibur, Volt and Mag blueprints from 72 hours to 24 hours.
- Defeating Tyl Regor now rewards two Equinox Component Blueprints — one guaranteed for the Night and Day Aspect each.
- Added Nidus’ Blueprints to all Infested Salvage rotations.
- Now Rotation A and Rotation B also drop his Neuroptics, Systems, and Chassis Blueprints, though Rotation C still has the best odds!
- Removed the 150 Endo bundle and the following Mods from the mission drop table in the process: Shocking Touch, Deep Freeze, North Wind, Hornet Strike, and Reflex Coil.
- Added Ivara’s main Blueprint to the Market, and increased her Component Blueprint drop rates to 22.56% from Star Chart Spy Vaults.
- Increased Ivara Component drop rates to 36% in Railjack Spy Vault droptables.
- Removed Ivara’s main Blueprint from Spy Vault and Veil Proxima Spy droptables.
- Also removed Ivara’s Chassis Blueprint from Lua Spy drop tables, increasing the drop chances for Rime Rounds and Scattering Inferno.
- Spy Vault drop tables were adjusted as follows to compensate for her drop rate changes:
- Removed Arrow Mutation, Sniper Ammo Mutation, and Shotgun Ammo Mutation from High Tier Spy Vault drop tables.
- Removed Metal Auger from Medium Tier Spy Vault drop tables.
- Removed Endo from Railjack Spy Vault drop tables.
- Added Khora’s main Blueprint to the Market, and added her Component Blueprints to all Sanctuary Onslaught Rotations.
- Added Synthetic Eidolon Shards to Rotation A to help balance tables.
- Removed Khora’s Main Blueprint from Sanctuary Onslaught droptables.
- Added the Braton Vandal and Lato Vandal blueprints and components to all Elite Sanctuary Onslaught Rotations.
- Moved Peculiar Growth to Rotation B as a rare reward to help balance Sanctuary Onslaught drop tables.
- Doubled the drop chance of the Korrudo Blueprint from Tusk Thumper Bulls and Domas.
- Doubled the drop chance of the Akarius Blueprint and Acceltra Blueprint from Demolisher Infested.
- Added the following items to Necraloid’s Wares in the Necralisk:
- Arum Spinosa’s Blueprint and Components (available at Clearance: Modus).
- Sporothrix’s Blueprint and Components (available at Clearance: Odima).
- Wolf Sledge’s Blueprint and Components now share an even 25% drop chance from the Wolf of Saturn Six.
