Age of Sigmar battleforces are Gravelords, Hedonites, Lumineth and Bonememers. Article also shows the first AoS equivalent of combat patrol boxes, with this one being the Nurgle maggotkin box.

40k battleforces are Marines, Sisters, Admech, DG, Necrons and Orks. The SM box is Intercessors: the game.
God Sigmar has such terrible aesthetics. It's lile a shitty Korean MMO without the cute anime girls and fat ugly women. The Elder Scolls Oblvion had better designs.

The statement is very interesting imo

Recently, I felt GW were making the Imperium look more like literal good guys but the statement is they flat out state they are evil and not to be admired. Straight up calling your poster boys that makes this statement way better than you will not be missed.

That's because this statement is literally nothing more than GW trying to earn Good Boi points for having a politically expedient opinion on something. They lose absolutely nothing by saying spergs wearing fascist memorabilia aren't welcome at their tournaments. But if you want to paint your Leman Russ tank force in the same livery as Soviet 'destruction battalions' in Estonia, that's cool.

Like clockwork.
They just admitted they don’t know how to gatekeep and just said to harass people lol. Arch is such a grifter I find it funny he said we need to gatekeep people who want to change the lore when if I recall correctly didnt arch push his fanfic ideas in lore videos as being the actual lore?

I tuned out Arch is now sucking Sargons dick intensely now Jesus Christ while they all go silent as they all didn’t know what Grimdark Future was.

This is gonna sound like major seethe on my part but honestly fuck Arch. They went to the GW website all got triggered by Bandai Chibis and Arch HAS NO FUCKING IDEA about the table top side of thing. He told Sargon that Warcry for Age of Sigmar (AoS Kill Team) is a board game, the miniatures are pre painted, and that its the future of 40k while again brining up his gripe over the black Ultramarine.

Is he a capo? I had no idea when I made a Sargon joke earlier, that’s hilarious. Arch is just as much of a pretender as the troons he (poorly) mocks.

So it appears Games Workshop has made a response to the ongoing controversy of someone wearing clothing with Falangist symbols at a tournament in Spain. https://www.warhammer-community.com/2021/11/19/the-imperium-is-driven-by-hate-warhammer-is-not/

I find this statement to be okay. For one, it says that there are no good guys in 40k, so suck it sigmarxism, you'll have to play morally dubious factions and like it. And it makes sense for a company to say that if you're causing a disruption to their business by wearing political symbols, they are going to tell you to leave. Hell, I'd go for an outright ban of wearing anything associated with a political or social group because it is just going to cause more problems.

The other thing is that this statement is just like the "Warhammer is for everyone" statement. GW is saying that they are taking a stand against intolerance without actually doing anything. Considering that this whole controversy started at a non-GW tournament, they have no control over it. GW will take a card-carrying fascist's money, just as long as it isn't in public.

Though get ready for Arch to make a 20 long minute seething video about how this is the SJW takeover of Games Workshop.
The game will be for everyone when they lower the prices to everyone can afford it.

I don't think Games Workshop would ever do that shit, because if they did they'll be losing lots of fucking money and it'll dip into their fucking paints and shit

Just a few thoughts on GW's latest virtue-signaling PSA:
  • It's silly for GW to have to make an announcement at all because some people on the internet are big mad about a mild incident that occurred at an independent tournament in Spain, especially when the organizers were apparently obligated to do nothing because of local anti-discrimination laws. But the announcement is generalized with no reference to the inciting controversy, which I think is for the better.
  • Of course 40k is a grimdark setting that none of us would ever want to live in, but GW's insistence that it's baddies all the way down clashes drastically against the broad theme of humanity's fight for survival and the abundance of heroic protagonists and narratives. Seriously, look at this shit:
Roboute-Guilliman-Primarch-of-the-Ultramarines.jpg

  • It's good that GW is staying in the realm of "we’d love for you to join us in this stance" towards event organizers rather than vowing to excommunicate anyone who doesn't follow in lock-step. The Spanish tournament organizers from the inciting incident are thankfully left unmentioned when GW could've thrown them under the bus here.
  • As it happens, the generalization of the message and the stated policy to ban "wearing the symbols of real-world hate groups" from GW's stores and events can also apply any Sigmarxism guy who might show up with black-red anarcho-syndicalism patches on his gear.

Wouldn’t that be a red letter day?

As long as they’re punctual and polite, anyone is welcome at my table. People like Arch are just out for social media clout, why else would you complain about ‘diversity’ in a game focused on overpriced plastic minis?

People want to find ‘themselves’ in fiction. If you’re going to go through the effort to build and paint a Space Marine that has your same skin tone or gender, whom am I to complain? If you’re someone who’s pleasant to play with, I’m more than happy to play against whatever army you’ve built and painted. If you’ve gone through the effort to make a Transexual Necron Army and show up on time, what ‘moral high ground’ do I have to really have?

It’s unfortunate that we have to police our community against bad actors, but there’s always going to be dickheads. As uncomfortable as it is to confront someone who’s being a dumb fuck, it’s to the benefit of our community.

Has Arch even showed off an army of his or is he just a "fan" of the lore?

But it won't, and we all know it. Lefty hate is sacred and holy and never, ever to be questioned.

For those who don't wanna listen to Arch, here's Auspex Tactics covering the situation, with the same take and same data points. It was a local Spanish troll who was doing it to get an easy win (because no one would play against him, means he wins by default). Local Spanish law prohibits the store from throwing him out for wearing "political clothing."

He apparently had/has a Skaven army all painted brown because he said it wasn’t worth the effort.
I heard he had a Skaven army, but never seen it.

Spaniards still haven't grown balls I see. What's so hard about playing against a guy who's trying to get free wins? He's obviously not that good.

Really wish people would stop calling the Swastika a Nazi symbol. It looks different and just gives us Buddhists a bad name.

I saw the bit of the stream you're referring to. It's embarrassing how much this supposed Warhammer expert is completely oblivious of the primary model products as to not know what Warcry is, yet confidentially goes on to spout absolute nonsense about it anyway. To add further, Arch also has no common business sense either, because while it's true that GW does make some board games that can be found at big retail stores such as Barnes & Noble, it's obvious that the whole point is NOT to replace GW's main tabletop wargames, but rather to attract new customers towards them, as I've explained before. I have no doubt that every box of the Space Marine Adventures board game contains a flyer advertising 40k proper.

Has Arch even showed off an army of his or is he just a "fan" of the lore?
It's too much work for me to find the exact source now, but I recall Arch saying sometime in the past several years that he doesn't do shit regarding models, neither playing games nor just painting, and it's really no surprise given the contemptuous attitude he's been carrying. Amusingly, this makes people in his internet circle like Sargon and Nick Rekieta, who have only begun to paint models recently, more valued GW customers than him.

But it won't, and we all know it. Lefty hate is sacred and holy and never, ever to be questioned.
That may be true, but to be honest, I don't really see the situation ever occurring anyway in which a Sigmarxism redditor goes to a GW thing while decked with Antifa iconography and the like. Even the once-popular Che shirt has long been out of style. Comparatively, despite the alarmism that goes around regarding 40k supposedly being plagued with Nazi fans, even the Spanish tournament was an extraordinary circumstance in which a guy was apparently not a casual participant, but rather trying to see how far he could push the envelope in trolling.

I think a lot of the people who say unironically say “3D printer go brrrrr” don’t actually partake in the modeling side of things.

my takeaway: desperate measures in desperate times is super ungood! just take it and never ever try to improve your station or simply try to survive.
why you even have a WAR in warhammer then I have no idea...
(I know it was never supposed to get that deep since it was just virtue signaling regarding the twitter outrage of the week, but that's what happens when you knee-jerk virtue signal to appease the screeching twittertards).

I think a lot of the people who say unironically say “3D printer go brrrrr” don’t actually partake in the modeling side of things.
they do, but if they already can print and play with literally everything, why the fuck would they want to stick with warhammer of all things?

Yeah Arch had a Skaven army back when he played, I think he didn't paint them all with paint spray, just the more basic units. Last time he excused not being an active memeber of the hobby by being stuck in Bumfuck Nowhere, Norway.
Arch's second channel looks like a massive fucking mistake, if it was gaming only it would have been okay, but it's nearly entirely the same tired political stories that, for all the talk of Youtube inevitably shutting them all down, are just about anywhere, which just turns his content more bitter due to getting too invested in politics.
Also he did have a second political channel like 4 years ago, but he abandoned it. I'd wager he went back to politics due to some gay orbiter.
