the boxes look great on my shelf still in plastic wrap sitting next to my horde of unpainted resin prints. All the same in love and war.I’ve got like 20tb of stl files including 1:1 scans of GW stuff but I also still buy models.
The duality of man.
I feel this, I’ve got 5000 or so points assembled and unpainted, with another 11,000 points still in boxes.the boxes look great on my shelf still in plastic wrap sitting next to my horde of unpainted resin prints. All the same in love and war.
I've only ever bought 5 model kits, all around the beginning of 9th edition, and I've only assembled 2 of them. I can't understand why some of them were designed to be so hard to put together. You'll have two parts that need glued together that have 4 different non-contoured surfaces that have to be glued at the same time. You have to practice holding the parts together before gluing them lol. You can't even pose the fucking things. 1 box of immortals in and I was already doubting if I picked the right hobby.I feel this, I’ve got 5000 or so points assembled and unpainted, with another 11,000 points still in boxes.
And yet here i am printing bits….
Look, if we got an actual sequel to 300 that just so happened to be set in the grim darkness of the far future I don't think anyone would complain.I'm pretty sure the Black Library people would write the story, and Zack would just shoot the movie and add his style to the visuals.

I never got why they ignore the Sororitas or brush em off as "filthy male gaze fantazy"Xitter sphere have some chimpout about female space marines for some time now.
Apparently wokistani want them exist. As in, not their retarded headcannon but as in actual, official lore while completely refusing to acknowledge that Sororitas are the FSM, in a way.
Retard wars go as expected. Both sides are filled with stinky peepeepoopoo and I can't voice enough how hilarious it does look like.
That last part is even funnier when you look at their newer official artwork. Can't stop the fan art lewding them, but new art makes them all kinds of fucked up.I never got why they ignore the Sororitas or brush em off as "filthy male gaze fantazy"
I have no idea what you're talking about. All I know is I bought my ticket, sat down at the theater, got up some time later, and have zero recollection of what happened in between as if my mind erased all memory of that time from the sheer horror of what it witnessed... or perhaps it was so boring I just didn't bother recalling any of it. 300 has a sequel in the same way The Matrix has sequels, or John Wick has sequels: none and the world is a better place if we quit pretending otherwise. We got a sequel and it was shit
Personally like the SOB, the new model range could have been a bit better. I mean does every SOB need to look like they got hit by a shovel (admittedly GW does not do faces very well) and what happened to the female variant of the Penitent Engine? but generally SOB feel a lot more 40k than most of the Primaris tacti-cool range.Sororitas are the FSM
Gotta print your own.what happened to the female variant of the Penitent Engine?
When it comes to SOB, I see people usually go fo 3rd party stuff when it comes to head, since theyre usually well mo detailed then GW, heck even some 3rd party models have mo offering if one wants to add more, I guess sex appeal or seductive look to your SOB models.Personally like the SOB, the new model range could have been a bit better. But maybe that's (a significantly insignificant part of) the problem (because we all know it's about the culture war BS really), SOB don't look generic sci-fi space soldier enough for the average non-40k fan and horror beyond horror they have boob armour (full body covering boob armour but clearly it speaks to some degree to the female figure).
The most popular 3rd party item for them is anime heads. I personally appreciate the female penitent engines and arcoflagelants. I also appreciate repentia that are actually nude instead of wearing 1920's swimsuits. When it comes to SOB, I see people usually go fo 3rd party stuff when it comes to head, since theyre usually well mo detailed then GW, heck even some 3rd party models have mo offering if one wants to add more, I guess sex appeal or seductive look to your SOB models.
Really now? Most Ive seen giving them sort off punk or long hair, while the repentia def seen plenty of the pinup variety type. Oddly enough, none for their medics. The most popular 3rd party item for them is anime heads. I personally appreciate the female penitent engines and arcoflagelants. Yea, the anime conversion kits are bad. Some of the file sets on Cults has 10k+ buys. I don't know any sisters players other than myself but I'm sure them and Space Wolves attract a lot of sexual deviants.Really now? Id say the hardest 3rd party models for me to find were Felinids, I think in total I found like 2 good model sets for those. Also, I think Tau attract plenty, but Id be guilty if I didn say that the 3rd party Tau models also usually look nice.Yea, the anime conversion kits are bad. I've heard the story of the guy in the UK that painted buttholes on his space wolves and freaked out when people started asking him about it.
