The video games have always been hit or miss. Space Marine was fairly decent, but it’s mostly a 40K version of Gears of War.

I liked Space Hulk Deathwing and Hired Gun, even if they‘re kinda rough. I’m willing to put up with some jank if the combat is good.
So they just announced Space Marine 2. I'm really interested to see how they keep up that storyline.

Focus Entertainment and Saber Interactive are proud to announce Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, the new third-person action title from the cult-classic Space Marine franchise which recently celebrated the 10th anniversary of the original game.

I am super into this, obviously, but calling a single game that everyone thought was abandoned a 'franchise' is chutzpah that I didn't think was possible.

Speaking of 40k games, has anyone played any of the turn based strategy games?
I've been looking at a few of them trying to figure out if any of them play like the tabletop so I don't have to keep playing the jankfest that is tabletop simulator to experiment with new armies/tatics.

Is it really Titus? In any case, I'm actually stoked for this.
You can't really go wrong with having Tyranids as the antagonists, either.
A simple-minded goal (EAT!!!) with a variety of enemy possibilities.
My question is will there be Genestealer Cultists, too, or just 'Nids?
Sadly, I doubt we'll see Chaos make an appearance.

>Not Captain anymore and looks like he was demoted to Lieutenant
>Is Primaris
>Has 4 gold service studs in his head which means he has 400 years of service he has 2 in the original so some shit went down in 200 years.
>On his wrist thought they were doing the black templar chain thing but if you look closely you see a little Inquisition symbol

Also they seem to have shown off the return of Assault Jump packs for primaris .

They had the VA on just after and called him out as Titus, so it seems. (looked like Titus too anyway)

Mechanicus was pretty good and soundtrack is really good

Also instead of getting chaos this time whats the chances of getting Necrons instead with them waking up half way through the story like with chaos in the first game

There are rumors that the maker of Astartes helped in the project. Of course it came from Youtube but oh well.

Also, Necrons/Tau for 3rd enemy faction when? I want a proper Tau campaign that is NOT Fire Warrior.

I want to see a new Codex for Ultramarines that mentions Titus and all that shit.

I took a gander at the developer regarding the sequel: Saber Interactive and realized these were the morons behind the videogame version of World War Z. Take that as you will.

I never played world war z but judging by war z gameplay and the little bit of gameplay they showed off at the end of the trailer it looks like it'l play alot like if not exactly like warz but with tyrranids so if you didn't like that game you'll be disappointed

I'd say they're decent, the Necrons have been pushed as the primary antagonist for 9th edition.

Seems likely, the cinematics looks pretty damn good.

>Mentions all other Necron figures
>No Trazyn
Into Solemnace you go.
Hey the fact that a shard of the most powerful C'tan might be the machine spirit and sleeping in the same solar system as earth is the best part of necron lore.

Trazyrn is a good second though.
