The image is a meme, but each Custodes model is really costy points-wise. 3 custodian guys and Trajann Valoris is closeish to two of the smaller knights in points.

And what will you fine people be working on today?

Got some assault intercessors to undercoat, finish base coating the banner on my primaris ancient and put sand on the bases on my aggressors before undercoating then tomorrow.

Doing a double project of Custodes and Stormcast Eternals. Custodes aren’t gold since I’d go crazy since I paint the Stormcast in the traditional gold/blue poster boy scheme.

Starting a new army just before New Year's, got about 500 points worth of orks so I'll start doing work on some meganobz. Those boxy ladz look like a fun project.

Banner completely base coated and looking crisp.

I’m going to try some free hand on the scroll under the large golden skull but as for the large and smaller circle i’m gonna buy a Dark Angel transfer sheet since I’m not that confident in my abilities yet.

I'd say things are getting out of hand, but they were already at that point when there were two Custodes on the field. But four?

I'm afraid to ask if it's not an exaggeration.
It's an exaggerated meme. Custodian guards are about 45 points each (and since they have their guardian spears, they're not costing more for sentinel blade + storm shield). They may have their +1 pts daggers, but that doesn't increases too much their costs. Captain Tragg's about 150 points.

One of those big boy knights costs more than this entire Bananaboy army. Though we may ask how much his cardboard cutout of a fucking PNG costs pointswise :P.

Also, I saw a friend field his orks infantry vs a chaos knight player, and I never seen a player get tabled so quickly. Did you know that chaos knights don't have invulns? Power fists just fold them in half it's not even funny.

Reminds me the joke about having an Emps model that would be the equivalent of Nagash in single unit armies.

IIRC, isn't this the one that was rumored that they had to stop selling IMMEDIATELY because the UK government saw that they manufactured the minis and printed the books in China and put them in boxes in the UK, claiming that meant "manufactured in the UK"... yeah nope. And that NOPE meant a huge tax liability out of the blue.

It is. Since this time they're announcing that they'll continue to support Cursed City with expansions and the like whatever intial problem they had isn't there anymore.

Remember those Iron Hands & Emperor's Children bundles?
The Emperor's Children bundle is laughable since the Noise Marine upgrades do not exactly fit the current CSM models & Lucius' is horrendously out of date.
I know the World Eaters are expected to have big things in the near future (NEW BERSERKERS, ANGRON, CODEX SUPPLEMENT), but the Emperor's Children need some TLC. I just hope a new model for Huron Blackheart is not too far behind.

Slaanesh always gets the short end of the stick when it comes to Chaos updates. And for once... this does not please he/she/it/them.

The new eldar versus chaos box will apparently be eldar versus emperors children so idunno maybe something might happen.

Yeah it was and they shit the bed on that one. If they did what they did with the Warhammer underworld game and put designed in the UK but made in China on the box I don’t think they would have any issues.
