I am finally getting all my paint and everything together, being broke is not very compatible with 40k. I should have my paints tomorrow and my airbrush by next week. Then I can start doing what I want.

CSM and Tau. I got my paints today, pretty stoked. I have a set of CSM Tactical Marines and when my FLGS has its sale next week, Ill pick up some Tau.

Hey guys, thought i'd show you my super secret project; i figured it'd be okay unless any of you frequent GW Rotherham and are spying for my arch nemesis.
It's a Lifta-Droppa Wagon from the forgeworld ork book, our next games he's bringing a Knight - he doesn't think i know he has it so my plan is to throw his land raider at it.

So I've been playing the Eternal Crusade. Still in an NDA so I can't post screenshots (they hide watermarks all over), but I can safely say that if you enjoyed Space Marine, you'll probably enjoy this barring any major changes. That said I did get someone to rage at me as "that cunt with the melta bombs" after I blew up 10 tanks in as many minutes because the space marines players (specifically Blood Angels it seems) are all retarded and kept parking them next to buildings. That said they're working on combat and races right now, so no idea how the open world stuff will pan out, it's just been Battlefield Warhammer for now, although I wouldn't complain about that being the end result tbh.

So I am putting my tactical squad together when I go to put the right arms on for the boltguns... and the arms are wrong. The Boltguns are seperate so I should have open arms but the arms I have are gripping pistols. Looks like I got to clip the grips on the bolt guns...

I recently purchased the Betrayal at Catlh box set. I'm thinking of doing a sort of mini review about it.

Are the hands holding pistol grips alone or actual pistols? If its just the grips then its not a mistake, that's how the kits are designed.

As @Vitriol said, the arms holding the grips are meant to be that way. I believe its GW's idea to leave the bolter grips with the bolter in case of players wanting to give their space marines a bolt pistol and chainsword and be able to place the bolter somewhere on the marine. Same thing with chaos space marines, thou in their case some bolters don't make sense due to the bullet clips.
You will have to cut away the bolter grip. Make sure to sand away any remains, otherwise it might not fit properly on the marine hands.

Not strictly warhammer related, but the Blood Bowl (One of GW's specalist game spinoffs of WH Fantasy) World Cup just finished, and they had around 800ish participants IIRC. What this post is about though is that they showcased some of the best painted miniatures from it, plus the best field.

Not yet, thou the idea is that they are a successor chapter of the Iron Hands who focus more on defending the common citizens of the Imperium. Their fortress monastery is on Astora and their Chapter Master is named Solaire who was promoted to the rank after the previous chapter master died after an attack on a rebel held planet under siege by the Dark Angels.
