I was hoping you were going to say after the previous chapter master got slammed through a roof by a Daemon.

Honestly I'm tempted to write that down and name their Battle Barge Anor Londo... but then I will have to find a way to include Smough.

If you want Smough as a member of the chapter perhaps he could be a dreadnought. Or maybe a Chaplin.

Or as a contemptor dreadnought. The one from Battle of Calth is handy.

Or even a storm raven as part of the storm lance formation.

Finally assembled my dudes and it came out... horrible. Ill get it eventually.

I don't see anything wrong with them dude. They look fine. If you have any small gaps fill them with liquid green stuff. Only other thing wrong is that they're chaos... Fucking space emos.

More I'm worried I did not line up the arms right to hold up the bolt guns and there seems to be gaps between where I clued the arms to the bodies. I do like how homeboy looks like he is playing air guitar in the back.

Use liquid green stuff on the arm gaps. GW moulding is fifty shades of shit and the 'flat' areas where the arms join the bodies are never flat. I always file the arms and bodies until I'm satisfied with them then use green stuff to smooth the joints.

Heh, yeah I shaved a bit and than filed that shit down a lot and sometimes it was still a bitch. Ill pick up some green stuff this weekend.

Worth doing, it makes the world of difference. If you're clever with the liquid stuff you can even make casts of insignia.

Taking a break from rivoting and tank tracks to work on a new project, da zapp tank, a marvel of ork technology that can kill itself twice over just by firing.

I'll post it when i have something to show.

Dude that's starting to look seriously menacing. Can't wait to see it all painted and ready to throw Imperial armour around. It'd look particularly good getting stomped by all 11 of the barrels on the Baneblade I'm getting for Christmas.

Needs more dakka and remember to paint it red, cos red ones go fasta.

Definitely liking the kit bashing here. Keep it up.

Went to my FLGS for the sale, picked up a kit of Pathfinders and Fire Warriors. They only had the older kits and not the new ones, but that was fine because they were already cheaper than the new kits despite not being much different. Snagged them both for 6 bucks after tax.
My Tau collection is coming along nice.

Holy shit??? 6 dollars is truly a steal.

Sadly I'm just retarded. I meant 60 lol.
Have you tried Amazon? I search for obscure terms like "Space soldiers" and "Imperial Troops" and sometimes find, a few pages in, people re-selling for next to fuck all. I got a brand new Cadian Infantry Squad for £10 this way.

Oh, I can get good prices on Amazon, sometimes. I find that eBay is better but I like to support my FLGS. Plus like I said I god the kits real cheap, about 57 before tax.

I started putting together my fire warriors, so far so good. I am also magnetizing my models. I know its babbys first mod but I wanted to try it out.

I'm getting one of those new forgeworld Dreadnoughts for Christmas so I'll be magnetising that, I've never done it before either.

The challenge is making sure you drill it right, I imagine if you have green stuff that can fix most mistakes.
