I couldn't find a core rule book anywhere, but if you use Yandex.ru you can find the codices available in .pdf form on Russian websites. Google translate helps. I have no idea if it makes a difference but I set my VPN to Ukraine.
If you need a core rule book for 9th edition, I made 2 .pdf's with my phone and could send you a mediafire link. I split the book up between lore and rules.

Yeah, it's about Female Space Marines being officially nix'd by GW. They want GW to hire a Sensitivity Reader, a woke czar that would have editorial control over the entire setting, to prevent something "like that" from happening again.

Most people are too stupid to use TG and don't try to obfuscate their links. The Mega I use for the pdf's is still up and running and even if it's taken down it's quickly brought back up. You just have to look for that weeks link.
Nearly all troves now use something like rebrand to redirect.

I got into Epic recently. I like how it's small scale in terms of minis but you can have these giant battles. There are loads of files you can print. I found these Heresy era marines in Epic scale. Then made my own bases in Meshmixer. My camera is shit but I am still astonished at the level of detail my Saturn can pump out from such tiny minis.

Appreciate it but while I enjoy reading codexes I don't play SoB and CK, and it sounds like these are onetime codes. So I'd rather you give them to someone who wants to play them.

Though these could be faked to drum up support. I did see a signature for a Dumas S. so they aren’t verifying the signatures. If so, someone better put down an Arch W. on that list as he’ll probably make a video about in a day or two. Thankfully I didn’t see an Alfabusa, Auspex Tactics, or Winters SEO on the list.
Actually thinking about it, I don’t know if any of the more well known players of the game are on that list, considering that the line of text that’s making people seethe comes from the Core Rules book. Almost like it’s not the intended audience that’s complaining about it.

Having actually personally known a few 40k content creators I can tell you with authority they are the most miserable cock gobbling brown nosers you've ever seen. GW make no real effort to treat them special other than occasionally inviting them to events. And making them sign ludicrous NDAs that essentially mean they can be cut off at any point, not allowed to make any 40k content without GW permission, get sued by GW because GW decided to sue them (that is not a typo, They will sue you because they decided to sue you. A double suing.) and there are a growing group of Cosplayers and influencers in my area who are completely okay with gleefully signing this NDA and will defend GWs every decision to fuck over the consumer. Unless it interferes with their personal politics of course. They do it for free too. And of course they operate under the delusion that as long as they kiss arse GW will never do what they've already done to other content creators they don't like.
Unless those names are fake, watch these people make incredible walk backs soon when GW put pressure on them. Or for them to suddenly decide to stop making 40k content in general.

No. Not at all. Okay, because it's one big nepotistic club house they probably know people who leak things to them. But it's just that the NDA has loads of clauses in it saying what a person can and can't do and say. Which suits Games Workshop fine. They want full control of the influencers inside the fandom.

The fact that people are still signing the NDA after the last one (or current one, if it hasn’t changed) was leaked means they deserve what they get. NGL kinda envy that they got the new contrast paints but that shit isn’t worth selling my soul.

So does GW try to stop cosplayers that won't cooperate? I can see them making copyright claims on social media stuff but are they gonna follow you to a con and make demands? Seems like it would be pretty easy to ignore them.

It is easy to ignore. Provided you didn't sign a contract that says GW has control over whether you produce Warhammer fan content or not. What they try to do is take advantage of already existing cosplay cliques. There's nothing forcing them from signing an NDA or "buisness partnership" as they've taken to calling it. But a lot do because they "want to be taken seriously". And it's so nice a company they love so much has finally noticed them. Which is a big problem with a lot of cosplayers, modders and other fan creators. There's no money exchanged. They do it for free. Because every once in a while their connections will chuck them a free model kit or two and tell them they're "really important" Technically GW and all other companies could send C&Ds to every cosplayer. Even the ones in shitty paintball and airsoft armour who pretend that's an Imperial Guard cosplay. They choose not to because it's much more effective to hire a whole clique of cosplayers who all know each other and multiple members already are familiar with GW staff in some capacity. Those cosplayers and influencers get to go to GW sponsored events, and GW blow smoke up their arses. Because GW do this, those people then become massive kiss arses and grasses who police the community for Games Workshop and other companies. That clique then blacklist people they don't like. Sometimes for the pettiest of reasons. They just never clock on that GW will fuck with them eventually and leave them in a position where they signed a contract that now means they can't do Warhammer cosplays or Warhammer videos or Warhammer content in public in general. And if they just didn't sign that contract they'd be fine.
I knew what was up when my friend who did a really popular Warhammer cosplay that got her into 100k followers on Instagram got ghosted by these people after asking how to get into the cosplayer Warhammer world events. They still won't say exactly why. Despite her having more followers than all of them combined. The most popular one they had was just under 1k. But I told her I suspect it has to do with her critical views on GW policy towards fan creations. Later on she emailed GW directly asking if she could get invited, sent along her media kit and social media reach and all that stuff. They ignored it. Which on it's own is fine. But she later got a very bizarre and passive aggresive unprovoked DM from the head of the Warhammer clique basically telling her they don't want her but wouldn't specify why and what bought this up in the first place. This happened within a day of her sending the email. From someone allegedly unrelated to Games Workshop in an employment sense. Which boggles my mind considering these are autistic idiots who are in their 30's and 40's with kids and a family, in badly painted over paintball gear wanting to play nerd politics like a 13 year old girl. But it ilustrates the situation that these are petty people who will do GW's dirty work. And they don't realise how much of a stooge they are.
