GW has been woke for decades. This guy is just the end result of such a work culture. I'm sure people who worked in GW in the past probably wanted someone to put the boot down on Margaret Thatcher.

Again, GW has been woke for decades. Sure, they made money off of conservatives in the past, but that never changed who they were. I mean, if your enemy gives you money, you don't change your beliefs, you just take them on for a ride until they realize they've been had.

People who think that 40K was a conservative space were always fooling themselves. It has, and always will, belong to liberals who despised conservatives and reactionaries back in the 80s, and judging by their recent actions and press releases, they still despise reactionaries now.

Dread talons box is definitely very interesting, way more than the vets of the long war box. Wishing you the best of luck on nabbing you one.

Probably? That helldivers thing is mostly over with. People have gotten over that stellar blade game. I think that dyke at kotaku keeps opening her mouth, but who even cares at this point. Disney isn't doing anything, no one seems to have cared about those stories of the empire shorts.

The grift channels saw a surge about GW crap, so they're going to cover GW crap I guess? There's that new lotr movie but no one knows anything about it yet so no grift there either other than to continue bitching about the amazon show.

edit: Looking at the channel... yeah minimal effort describes it well.

Speaking of Airbrushes


It's an expensive compressor but it's literally more silent than the airbrush connected to it. Might be a nice toy to pick up for apartment dwellers like myself.

I feel like the CSM range is just bland and boring all things considered. Most of the tourney stuff is just reliant on Abaddon and feels way too Black Legion focused for my tastes. Definitely better rounded out with some HH range models.

Oh I couldn’t agree more, especially with their vehicles, aging outdated crap (ironic) and if anyone is building CSM, just use the HH kits for your rhinos, land raiders, vindicators and predators they’re a joy to assemble and you get a lot of useful bits.

Would love a Daemonkin Kill Team for each god in place of a generic DG/WE/TS/EC, l love the “Daemon symbiosis” stuff. Hell, they could fill the role of Chosen in their respective legions.

Definitely. I feel like Kill Team is better suited for the current style with GW compared to skirmish. Granted this means some teams will dominate and others will be ignored just because of the rule set up, but there’s a lot of depth what GW can do with KT. The Night Lords Nemesis Claw shows that and I’d like to see the Gaunts Ghost box get rules for kill team too. But overall the Inquisiton and Cultist box showed there’s definitely room for a narrative series too, just the Inquisition KT models were kind of just boring and took me so long to realize one model didn’t have a rebreather in he had a shotgun shell in his mouth.

Well there’s so many “smaller” groups that lend themselves well to Kill Team

I am frankly shocked they haven’t done an Alpha Legion Kill Team, what with the AL’s popularity with drooling retards, the heckin funny memes and the ridiculous amount of attention they get.

I have my Phobos Kill Team painted up as Alpha Legion since it feels more lore appropriate for them being infiltrators and taller than First Born and I’ve seen Nemesis Claw being done up as Alpha Legion conversions. Not sure what they can do with them special rules wise, instantly converting an opponent team model to being an Alpha Legion operative feels way too OP, maybe once per game flipping a captured enemy objective to Alpha Legion if no enemy is within X range of it but that feels too strong. I’m sure there’ll be a “I’m Alpharius” rule where you can instantly swap operative traits (again also OP).
