Picked up SM2 tonight, having a lot of fun.

Learned that you do not need to wait for the blue marker to parry enemies. Any attack incoming that is not red can be parried if you time it right.

Only thing that fucked me up for the first hour was adjusting to the combos. I played so much SM1 it is still muscle memory for me to hit Y on my Xbox controller for the strong attack.

Only disappointment so far is the flamer. But I'm only in SP, I'll hop into multi after.

Yeah the flamer is shit only useful for the rippers in the mission you find it in.

Youtube has Astartes and Space King.
Had.* Well, still has via reuploads, but the creator sold out...probably less pay on his patreon would've got him, less creative control, and his name wouldn't just be one of a likely big production team. I saw absolutely no winning for working with GW unless he feared he'd get curb stomped by GW's legal team and their fake ultimatum.
optional epic and 3rd party linking
>Optional
Thank fuck, might just get it on sale then. Never will pay $60+ for a game, never will.

Yeah the epic stuff is for crossplay that you can turn off and the PROS account linking is for twitch drops.

nignogs in space marine 2 is absolutely pushing an agenda and anything else is a cope. today its battle brother donquavious, tomorrow its chapter master black asian gay tranny in a wheelchair.

Calgar was halfway there, and your average Captain in the Iron Hands is the next on the DEI hitlist

I mean, you're not entirely wrong, but it's not that far fetched to see a black guy as a SM other than a Salamander (even if Salamander's aren't ethnically black but rather a deep fried person, we had an asian Salamander after all...for...obvious reason). For example some Word Bearers were described to have been darker skinned in 5+ years ago. Not sure how dark but you get the point. There was also another nignog as an Imperial Fist on the cover of first Solar War book. There's also of course Jonah Orion from DoW2 and DoW3. Probably more, color was never important beyond the armor scheme so seeing some niggers, chinks, etc. is meh. Seeing the femstodes however is retarded though and is definitely pushing The Message even if personality wise they're correct (hard-ass, robotic, devoid of anything other than duty in the Emperor's name, will definitely step on a line of crying toddlers if it meant killing the enemy as quickly and efficiently as possible) and realistically masculine (in fact they don't look masculine enough, they should be indistinguishable from men in appearance and voice). There's no reason to go "oh yeah Custodes can be any gender" (I believe they officially said any gender, so be prepared for gender shenanigan Custodes, if not in canon than in the "fandom") and then immediately and suspiciously insert some random ass Custodes than coincidentally make them a woman if it wasn't for pushing propaganda. I dare say they pulled a Johnny Silverhand and inserted this bitch randomly during development without it having any rime or reason (or maybe they had a normal Custodes and made her female in a whim) since SM2 was announced in December 2021, and they had plenty of development time and time to write the story (usually one of the first things you do), but then suddenly the Codex for the Custodes came out and was a disaster in multiple ways (Femstodes aside, the Codex was reported to have been shit in other ways, even the dedicated plebbit didn't like it) but it included the new lore bit of "Genderstodes" so the DEI department and/or HR just HAD to have it included. Or maybe they were told ahead of time, who knows how random or planned that whole shitshow was. So yeah, if we do see a "black asian gay tranny in a wheelchair" it'll probably be a them, with the wheelchair being a Contemptor variant probably. More likely a normal human or abhuman really. Until then, not that much propaganda. Don't support it regardless because remember: our armor is contempt. our shield is disgust. our sword is hatred against these degenerates. I know nerd hobbies were always on the left leaning side but that doesn't mean people should tolerate the worse of them as we sadly are seeing.

Yeah you can try and justify all diversity in 40K all day but we all know why they're really put there and it certainly isn't some kind of commitment to realism or being true to the lore.
Somehow 40K managed to survive for decades as a game made by white nerds for white nerds where pretty much all the characters were white with the occasional exception such as "what if we made a mongol planet?" or "what if we added black dudes to the army that's a Predator homage?"
I just refuse to give these people any ground at this point, we've seen where that leads.

It's not a big deal. About as conspicuous as Ssgt. Griggs in COD or Sgt. Johnson from Halo. They have helmets on and I don't know one from the other. I'm here to smite the Xeno horde and get up to my balls in blood and guts.

Maybe it will be a DLC but I would absolutely love to see Orks in this engine. I always found them a ton more fine to fight then the Nids just for the fact they can talk/taunt you and make goofy as hell expression when you eviscerate them with a chainsword.

What does chapter champion mean?

Is thst a DA only class, or just a DLC full skinpack?

How does this season pass niggerdy work? Is it FOMO? Or just pre-buy DLC bundle?

New enemy? That means like a new Thousand Son or Tyranid unit, or entire new enemy race like orks?

Is it weird I'm more bothered by an Ultramarine having a Scottish accent then the odd African/Asian? They should be Space Rome so minorities aren't that far off, but Scottish accent are Space Furries thing.

Who fucking cares if there's a black space marine. In that game I'm an 8ft tall walking tank that's good at killing. Just don't think about it and kill some bugs it's that easy. And if your so brain rot that's a still a big deal and want an in universe reason there are untold trillions of humans and space marine recruiters just want someone who will survive the process. Why would they care about what they look like?

I was more bothered by him being 1:1 the Phobos lieutenant model

Phobos is unbecoming of a company captain, let alone the second company. It’s baby armor

Blue means you only need to hold block to auto-parry, any other parries need timing, barring red. Red means FUCKING DODGE. As a Space Marine. For some reason?

I had no idea you could dodge in power armor either, it's weird. I was expecting like some jetpack turian ME3Multiplayer dodge thing since you know. JETPACKS.
Again. I know it's for low-grav. Please don't make my opinion of Warhammer nerds even worse.

I know its on multiplayer. I can't play multiplayer, and the armory doesnt have power fist for titus.
Yeah I noticed that too... I dont know where the hell they put it. An odd choice.

I noticed a lack of genestealers and infected. They'd be a shoe-in for dlc. Otherwise necrons and orks would be the new race.

I only care depending on the chapters. Salamanders are coal black, the Caradons are grey, and Raven Guard slowly turn white as they get older due to gene seed defects. Everyone else doesn't matter unless stated otherwise.

>freaking out about a black space marine
It's not that big of a deal. Unless if you're a race obsessed sperg, you'll barely notice.

Speaking of spergs, cross playing with Play Station users has been a miserable experience. High ping, loud, and retarded.

Games fun, really enjoyed the campaign, the pve/pvp customizer is rough though , there should be a blanket "apply to all loyalist/chaos" option for color schemes. The scroll bar requiring a scroll wheel is a personal annoyance as my ball mouse doesn't have one.

You could roll in SM1. In fact it had a more sensitive dodge. ASM used jetpack dodge and could even fly up at a moment's notice.

So ASM could rapidly relocate or even slam down to knock back enemies, while tactical could roll around and blast you in the face with the melta or hose them down with the Storm Bolter. Devastator had a slow, clumsier leap away.
