Hey that seems like a really cool regiment that's mentioned in firecast with the cool steampunk and variance of Sentinels can we get models for that no.

I just started reading that book and the regiment is the "Arkhan Confederates." They are based off of the Confederacy and their regimental flag is literally the Stars and Bars with a ram's head overlay. GW will never allow that in miniature and I'm extremely surprised they even allowed the author to make that regiment.

Ah it’s been awhile since the official 40K page delivered a Mad at the Internet moment for me.

No, for about the past year he's been ranting about Russ.
I mean, it’s obviously Russ. It’s the same thing with the Undivided Primarchs. If you aren’t the four main chapters then fuck off, Roboute, Lion, and Russ were always gonna be the returning three.

Dorn returning would be like that autist returning before the perfect primarch

Pic totally not related.

Rogal Dorn is such an unbelievably boring and drab character, I have no doubt in my mind his miniature has just cleared prototyping and they're just debating what kind of tactical rocks to place him over. He'll be right at home alongside Lion and Guilliman.

Roboute actually has a lot of character. The HH stuff really did wonders for him and the Ultras.

His mom chewing him out over drinking with Space Wolves was a highlight. He got the closest thing to a Superman upbringing and shockingly it yielded the most well-adjusted primarch.

Him complaining about Lorgar to the guy he was supposed to discipline was also funny, he’s likeable in that he’s very down to earth, did not foster a personality cult (ironic) and him outright rejecting the Emperor as his father and instead acknowledging his human parents and their part in the man he is. Which for Primarchs it’s usually abuse, manchild whining or outright disregarding the adoptive parents once they go to the stars.

The communist trannies (who will never be women) at sigmarxism (who took over basically all the other 40k reddits years ago using sock accounts) cried to the reddit admins until they started nuking HorusGalaxy's staff.

Remember, you won't be allowed your own spaces. Alternatives might mean you make a decision they don't agree with, after all.

If Dorn is back, its fisting time.

But its wasted. They need to use the Lion and Gman more before they bring Dorn or Russ back.

Bring back primarch, advance story with them, repeat.

If they were doing things right and using callbacks to their greatest effect, they should have bought Guilliman back last alongside daemon Lorgar.

Has there been a single piece of lore written about the lion and bobby reuniting?
Nothing yet. I really don't know what they're waiting for to be honest. Maybe the next edition or something. Maybe they can't figure out how to make two primarchs reuniting in 40k seem epic enough. Or maybe this is typical GW where they start an interesting plotpoint, reach the climax, and then blueball us by never talking about it ever again.

Lorgar has to worst fate of all primarchs. He won beat the Emperor and infected the galaxy with Chaos. He became a demon, and instead of conquering the galaxy and plunging everything into chaos he locked himself in his room for 11k years. He didn't get lost chasing Dark Eldar raiders, or vanish mysteriously on a quest, or die in glorious battle. We know exactly where he is, and he's choosing to be a washed up dad sitting on the couch all day doing nothing. Why is he not leading the forces of chaos instead of Abaddon? Every other Primarch is at least doing something. Mangus fucked the Space Wolves, Mortarion invaded Ultramar, Angron is stomped around Armageddon and Caliban, And Fulgrim I think was part of the 13th Black Crusade. He's been all over. Perturabo also suffers a similar fate of being a dead beat dad who sits at home all day building Warhammer models instead of leading his sons in battle.

It would be peak irony if he's spent the past 11k years or so fucking off and building marvels of engineering suitable only for peace and not war. You know, the thing he totally claimed he always wanted to do but could somehow never make the the time for it in between horrifically costly conquests.

I'm massively biased as I'm a big Word Bearers fan, but I don't think his fate is all that bad. I think he got done dirty by having Corax getting the better of him even when i) he was now a daemon primarch and ii) by the time of the Shadow Crusade he was on a par with Guilliman. He wasn't the soft lad getting mogged at Monarchia anymore. Other than that he's just been boolin'. Probably surrounded by big books (backed in leather) and skulls. Like a daemonic Davis Aurini.

He was vindicated about Horus, started two coups and virtually created the Imperium as it is now. He's earned some chill time.

I stand by what I say though. If they wanted to bring the primarchs back to actually build towards something, the ideal choice for the last pair would be Guilliman and Lorgar.
