I have a cheaper God Hand. There are several versions. I haven't really had much use out of them. I have some very cheap ones that I use for most things. God Hands are mostly useful for gunpla where you're doing things with colored plastic and don't intend to paint.
I have God Hands because of gunpla building, and while they are 100% worth it for gunpla.. I don't think I'd recommend it for GW models. GW plastic is so soft that it doesn't suffer from the same stress mark issues as Bandai plastic.
There's cheaper brands out there that are 95% as good, and of course superior to the shit GW tries to sell.
Even if you're going to paint, less sanding and sometimes polishing some parts to make sure you're getting a better surface finish before priming does matter.

Julius is a daemon prince now, so he's probably off doing his own thing. Eidolon not being there is weird, since he founded the Phoenix Conclave specifically because he was trying to reunite the Legion and awaiting Fulgrim's return, but who knows why they made that decision. It's definitely also weird that Lucius wasn't there, though.
Fabius still has ties, Lord of Excess specifically named a point of showing that the unusually large and untainted youngblood in the warband was payment from Fabius, so he still has contacts, paying a “little fish” like Xantine a full-blown Primaris mini-me Fulgrim, though he was quite dim.
