So Galactic Armory, if you don't know, they make props for various sci-fi franchises including Halo, Star Wars, and even Warhammer 40k, and just recently Games Workshop sent them a C&D and well...

Now we know why they went after that cosplay company making 40k stuff. They're making their own.

Its also like 250 lbs. So like 300+ real dollars?
Joytoy site says $159 USD for the helmet and plinth, which is definitely cheaper than I was expecting.

Scouring book series announced, as expected. The new models for Darnath Lysander and Vulkan He'stan are kino. Heresy reveal was pretty underwhelming.

These look horrible. It's like I'm looking at Mantic dwarves.
Can't say I'm mad though, saves me money and FW recasts are always to be found. When I heard the rumors of AoS chorfs I just knew we'd get monkeypaw'd but... what if for once GW didn't fuck up? Well guess we found out.

Edit:
Also poor Shrike. Bullied so much they literally demoted him.

I don't mind GW going after people selling their shit (when it's actually correct and not some random battletech merchant), but flagging fan animations is absolute neighbour behaviour. You can't get around it.
Right, and normally GW leaves fan animations alone. The only ones they've really proven to have fucked with were astartes(hired the guy, which is fine), sodaz(hired the guy but then his retarded fans started sending death threats so he quit), and a couple of other channels that have tried to monetize the shit with merch, patreon, subscriptions, etc. which is when the line has been legally crossed regarding their IP.

It might be because of life, but I’m warming to the Iron Hands. I like their scrappy “I didn’t hear a bell, faggot,” demeanour. They get all sorts of heinous crap thrown at them and their response? “Fuck you.” Plus lots of conversion potential.

Might do a squad if I can sell off some old minis, gonna go for this vibe.

Anybody else 'member when Sammael of the Dark Angels had the last imperial jetbike? Yeah, me neither.
Yeah, because its not like the Heresy-era Scars were famous for their jetbike detachements or anything like that. Its nice to see them getting something good for once.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I'll just be here waiting for GW to give the Black Templars all their fun shit back... waiting, waiting, and waiting some more, even as my bones crumble to dust.

Does GW really think people care about Titus that much? I mean sure, SM1 was a fine game, SM2 was meh but serviceable. But I don't think there's a single person who ever gave a shit about the characters. Titus embodies the bland Ultramarine stereotype. He is devoid of personality, he can do no wrong, and his whole redemption arch is completely artificial. He never changes as a person. The first time he single handedly destroys a chaos incursion he's a heretic, but then he does it a second time now he's a hero. Would a Space Marine helmet be a cool thing? Sure. Trying to sell it to me as Titus' helmet just makes me groan. "Don't you love our brand goy?! You love character! Wear his name on your clothes, put his face on your walls, put a name and a face to our brand so you consoom more brand!"

Funny thing is most people I know who've played it weren't 40k fans and didn't go on to consume anything else 40k after. Normies really don't know or care about the setting much

They want him to be 40k Master Chief, ignorant of the fact that we’ve already got one

I think more people care than you think. More normies for sure, but disregarding them, Space Marine 1 came out after Matt Ward did the codex for Space Marines and made it the Ultramarines With Some Friends codex. Leandros came across as a Wardmarine while Titus came off like how they were written before, so it was a breath of fresh air to the fans. It helps that Leandros still being a spiteful faggot about Titus in SM2.

Probably helps his case as to why he gets praised at the end of 2 is because the Inquisition already took him in and found nothing, plus barely surviving his duty in Deathwatch. Having Calgar give him praise certainly helped too.
