Sorry to distract from the plastique but I've been chipping away any various 40k short story anthologies. Particularly ones under the Warhammer Horror inprint.

King of Pigs features as a gay couple with an formally adopted child as the main protagonist, just a fun fact.

Deacon of Wounds is one of the better short stories from the Horror inprint, but most things I've read from it are pretty mid. I sometimes question why I bother reading them when I could find some original stuff instead.

I went on a z-library spree one day and got anything I could find that was Warhammer Horror. Definitely a disappointment for the most part, out of about a dozen books (mostly anthologies) I don't think I even completed one of them.

The Adeptus Baconis. Very important institution.

Gah! The standards for "Stable mutation" to get abhuman status are getting looser and looser, by the Emporer....

I've read Deacon of Wounds and it is mid. It ends very abruptly, it needed maybe one more chapter. But, there are parts about it I like. The scene that sticks out to me the most in memory is when the main character finds the dead body of the minor antagonist out on the grounds after he succumbed to the plague and says (in paraphrase) "Servitors! Send this nigger to the wood chipper" and then the servitors actually woodchipper his ass across the lawn.

The Alpharius book, which is otherwise rather good, features Alpharius taking in a lesbian couple and "their" child to serve on his flagship.

The most duplicitous superspy of the Legions is just a heckin decent human being like that.

What's the current "faction must have vaginas" drama over? I am tired of keeping up.
Instead of giving us new female Sisters of Silence models they gave us Transsexual Custodes models, becuase it turns out they don't actually care about female factions, they just really hate the idea of a male only one.

And he justifies it with some shit about them both being test tube babies kek. Nothing about how the moms have this or that skill or talent. He just immediately figures out "two women can't make babies. This must be a vat grown baby. just like me"
Hey its that guy literally no one heard of until he sperged about people getting lore wrong, only for his lore videos to be no better.

Been making my way through the Horus Heresy stuff, finally finished, now on Siege of Terra, The Lost and the Damned. God damn does seeing how far Kharn has fallen almost bring a tear to my eye in sorrow. Even as Angron slaughters half the ship in rage and being unable to land on Terra without being instantly vaporized by the Anathema's psychic might his poor equerry is still managing to hold himself to some level of sanity despite it all.

But not for long...

Hopefully the heads come separate so we can boycott them
They do, yeah. Supposedly enough helmets or heads to do the entire squad with either. But I wager not enough male heads to avoid Femstodes entirely, and of course the HQ appears to only have a Helmet or Female Head.

Also, these will 100% be used in Sigmarxism Female Marine kitbashes.

I believe he meant sold separately. Modeling your minis without the female heads isn't really a boycott, you already bought the kit with them at that point.
Oh, no, that would defeat the entire point. The entire point of this entire endeavor is to force the "chuds" to accept the light of progressive neo-globalism into their hearts. Allowing you the choice not to do so is simply unacceptable. You might choose wrong, you see?

Ah yes, the guy who threw multiple tantrums over hobby, painting, and gaming channels not getting lore completely correct in random comments while proclaiming to be the worlds greatest "40k lore researcher" or whatever.

Like usual, shitty no game/no model retard that manages to have a natural accent that sounds more ridiculous than Arch.
