I just spent some time monkeying around with the Contrast paints at my local Warhammer store. Shit's pretty fun to work with. It's like a slightly thicker shade and you really do have to glop it on and let it run. I had an Intercessor banged out in about twenty minutes.

Thanks for showing off the yellow, too.

I tried out the Iyanden Yellow, Black Templar, Basilicanum Grey, and Blood Angel Red. They all work pretty well, though I dunno how I feel about the black. Oh, and the manager did confirm that Averland spray is going bye-bye, so now's the time to grab it.

I have a feeling that the psykers in part four are space marines judging from their size, reaction times, and coolness under pressure.

I thought salamanders and space wolves were the “good guy” chapters? Every other chapter would happily leave civilian casualties.

The Salamanders and the Wolves are probably the most scrupulous about it, but a lot of the other chapters will at least try to minimize any collateral damage they cause. The Minotaurs, Marines Malevolent, and a few others, though, are notorious for not giving a shit about anyone who isn't them. The MM have killed civilians for being in the way and are known for occasionally stealing armor and wargear from other chapters. It got so bad that the Salamanders chapter master supposedly punched one of them in the face and they've been investigated by the Inquisition.

The Lamenters are another chapter who go out of their way to protect civilians, the downside is they have the shitest luck, and they have the hardest chapter badge to paint, on top of their armour being yellow.

Still my favourite Blood Angel successor chapter despite this.

Snakebites completed, these guys supply the majority of my waaaaghs grotz and weirdboyz.

The new General's Handbook (think Chapter Approved, but for AOS) adds some Germanic names to new Freeguild campaign, meaning for the first time in years the Free People have some of their old Empire vibe back.

Lamenters feature in what is probably one of my favorite images from all of 40K. Captures their spirit perfectly.
