They'll probably benefit the most from it, though White Scars is probably going to really appreciate those 4 wound Outriders in general.

Like it or not, this is what peak performance looks like, marinlet.

So how many people are planning to get the new box set? Im still sorta on the fence about it. I was planning on using the marines obviously, but still not sure about the necrons. Im the kinda guy that doesnt like reselling hobby material, so I would have to figure out something to do with them.

Since I collect both factions I’ll be buying it only if it remains under £100 anything higher I’m just buying the rule book and that’s it.

Not so much myself, but a relative of mine is planning to do so and split it (they get the Space Marines and a friend gets the Necrons).
As for myself, I have all the kits for my Black Templars. I just need to finish assembling and painting.
My next ambitious project will be more..... heretical.

Primaris sanguinary guard within the next 2 years, I bet. While I believe it would be a great compromise to allow specialty units within chapters to be marinlets, I don't see it happening.
fairly certain that would increase the tension of the already loudly grumbling successors who arent to pleased with their newest brothers.

Slightly off topic, but I checked in on that "40k channel" that majorkill roasted for being a huge manchild /pol/tard. He has since rebranded since he was essentially mocked out of the community.

I couldn't help but laugh at the current state of it. Screenshot_20200620-125645.jpg

Getting the new box mostly for all the nice conversion bits. Splitting the price with a friend so it won't be that expensive anyway.

I'll pick it up for the Space Marine half, probably just sell or trade the Necrons away. The new Bladeguard really fit the aesthetic of my custom chapter and that judiciar is bitchin'.

Gamza is a literal manlett. He said in one of his videos he was 5’2 and was totally one of the popular kids.

Guess I should check out the major kill video for a few chuckles.

i now have finally got a space sorted out for building/painting/stuff and go to grab my marines, and jesus there is enough grey models to make a little grey man, painting is definitely gonna be one of the top priorities.

I'm currently putting the finishing touches to my Command Squad, so I feel your pain.
(curse the small paint dabs that prevent you from finishing)

well i haven't touched these guys in yonks so its practically a mystery box,and the casualties so far are pretty minimum, 3 assault marines debased, with one missing a shoulder pad and tad wonky arm, a decapitated He'stan and two marines who have old,old paint on them so they'll need to be cleansed, not to mention the predator still in its box alongside two Mk 3 HH marines sitting waiting. all in all a good bunch of work to be done.

Edit, add to the list of stuff a bag of random nids and what appears to be the model of a warriors Gauss flayer, from the 2007/08 batteforce i grabbed all those years ago and i have no recollection of what happened to it.

Tell us about your custom chapter.

Nothing super interesting. They're basically just the Dunedain Rangers IN SPACE: a beat-up, understrength chapter patrolling the frontiers of Imperial space and killing weird and hostile xenos before they ever become a threat to civilized society. They're Imperial Fists successors, and I read the old fluff that says Fists collect and scrimshaw bones and decided that my chapter does the same, so they carry around these relics as a means of remembering fallen brothers or noteworthy enemies.
