Alpharius is dead. John French, the author of Praetorian of Dorn, clarified that Dorn did kill Alpharius and not some rando Alpha Legionnaire.
Mhm whatever he says, I'm sure he knows what he is talking about.

Not bad at all. I do wish GW would make alternate legs / poses of those with them standing / running / preparing to jump/land, etc.

The one the right snapped of its base while trying to undercoat it and now I’m just pissed off to even carry on with it.

Ultramarines? Alright, I guess
Iron Hands? Seems suspicious, example at to why transhumans need a strong Primarch figure in their lives
Imperial Fists? Pretty alright
White scars? Based
raven guard? Based
Salamanders? Good bois
Dark Angels? Massive homos 👍
Space Wolves? As close to alright as a furry can get
Blood Angel? 'I Can't Believe It's Not Khorne' still better than Dark Angels

T. Raven guard fag

Nice cope, but you're just going to have to get over the fact that blood angels are superior.

Clearly, the Blood Ravens are the best chapter, since you can give them literally any other piece of Space Marine gear and it's canonically sensical for them to have it.

Grey Knight power armor on your Tac Seargent? Found it after a battle. A blatantly Ultramarines dreadnought with the Ultramarines logos painted over with red paint? It was a gift. Your own squad of Khorne Red + Bone Shoulderpad bepainted Deathwing terminator squad? The result of a ceremonial exchange with the Dark Angels in the 41st millennium that the paperwork covering was simply lost.

Stop asking questions, and start answering them: Is your Reliquary locked, Cousin?

But what about the BAAAAANE BLAAAADES?

Hm. I love the Ravens, but man, I'm starting to kinda want to do up a Deathwatch army instead. Or maybe a Grey Knights (or Executioners)... And the Carcharodons have that cool Samoan tribal paint thing going on with them which is rather nice...

I keep thinking a Gaelic / Celtic / Irish themed force would be interesting, but I don't know enough about mythology to do that. But the idea of starting to put Celtic Knots and Gaelic Crosses on my Marines armor is interesting...

But then again, given that's literally what the Thousand Sons would do to their armor, perhaps it's a bit too on the nose for Blood Ravens, heh. Besides, Blood Ravens would clearly be Egyptian, not Irish.

Irish Custodes, though... Hm. I mean, they already use spears and shields, right? Maybe instead of using red on my shoulderpads and topknots, I could use blue for a woad type effect.

Custodes! Custodes!

ADB went along those lines for the Spears of the Emperor, might be worth a look into
