I have to say, I am so proud of my fellow Americans. Our space marine box hasnt sold out even a half hour after going up. While in the rest in the world it sold out within minutes like the necrons. Really showing that its dumb fuck none American space marine players doing all the marine consooming.

Literally every Battleforce box but the Necron and AoS Tzeentch boxes are still up right now. Are Euros just bigger mindless consoomers? Id get the Space marine one but I only need the Warsuit and Incursors for my Raptor project so ill get those off ebay resellers.

LOL CSM sold out before the primaris! Are Americans secretly based?

my Raptor project

Why, hello, brother. What's your plans on Lias getting booted to legends? Just running captains, using the legends rules, or rebuilding him in generic chapter Master rules?

Phobos Captain with beakie helmet made into chapter master and the Raven Guard bolter relic Ex Tenabris.

Probably a mixture of fatigue, and making more of the boxes.

Phobos gets bundled in a lot of shit.
Its the Reivers. Its making everyone sour on that box since Incursors and Infiltrators are fine and impulsor is nice too. Its a shame since I kinda like reivers in that edgy call of duty way.

If you don't care about WAAC, Craftworlds are a cool option. Sure, just about every single 9th edition change was made to appease the whiney SM babies from being mowed down by flyers, but that doesn't mean collecting or painting the minis isn't worthwhile.
One of the best things abut GW not caring about Eldar is the surge of 3rd party casters and recasters, ready to fill those Finecrap niches. Don't feel like buying GWs shit resin? Take your pick: https://www.reddit.com/r/Eldar/comments/fbzfr3/the_definitive_list_of_eldar_proxy_miniatures/

Exactly my plan too, with shadow master as the Warlord trait
Im not running full phobos exactly since I have 6 outriders and a bike chaplain on the list too and my biker chaplain is getting shadowmaster.

An Eldar/Dark Eldar action game à la DMC would be cool. What about a Armored Core style mecha game with the Tau? Or a vehicular combat game like Twisted Metal with Orks?
Eldar/DEldar are much better suited to Platinum. Wyches, man.

Lelith Hesperax has everything Platinum wants in a character: glorious hair, extreme agility, and the ability to do some very lethal high kicks since she's got murder-spurs strapped to her heels.

As to my personal desire, a CoD-style FPS game starring the Imperial Guard with an actual campaign to it, going up against the mortal servants of Chaos. Alternatively a game about a combat squad of Stormtroopers that's a spiritual successor to Republic Commando.

Wew damn Phobosbros we aint never getting a new release its almost 6:00 PM here in the midwest the marine battle force is still up.

Tacticoolbros we lost.......

I was forgetful, and meant the Lord of Deceit warlord trait.

it would be so fucking simple. jsut give me more of this (credits to whoever posted it earlier):

I thought of a Mass Effect style game where you lead an Inquisitor and their warband. It would be turn-based combat with real-time investigation/dialogue, maybe a top-down perspective similar to Fallout. At least with it being similar to Mass Effect, paragon and renegade options get switched to puritan and radical. The alignment of your team and you reflect what options/powers they can take and what other members of the warband they can recruit. You would take on missions in a sub-sector that would improve your standing with one faction at the detriment of others. Choosing one mission over the other or accusing a faction leader of heresy with evidence you've gathered in a mission has an impact on your equipment and abilities. There would be a main questline, and all of your choices ultimately deciding the fact of the sub-sector.

I have an entire Legion of Azgorh army that is 3rd party. Looks way better and costs roughly a third of what the FW would charge.

I'd really enjoy it if someone picked up Space Marine's story and gameplay from THQ's corpse and continued to work on it.

IIRC there is a story where a statue of Tychus(I may be spacing on the name) has a statue in honor somewhere in the Ultramarine's possession, at least implying he was redeemed in the official record.

The Bulletstorm studio was recently announced to be working on two AAA titles and it'd be great if one was a Space Marine title.

Space Marines would best be represented in a Doom-like one versus a bazillion style game. Really Darktide being Guard is a bit of a loss. 4vHorde coop is perfect for Astartes. 4 flashlight boys taking down hundreds of grots is a bit of a push and I'm sure they'll be gunning down boyz and nids at that rate.

I think a Battlefront/field style game would be great for IG/Orks/Mechanicus/some variations of Chaos/Tau. Astartes would be hard to balance, other than as a general Imperium "Heroic" call in like in Battlefront. I think nids would be harder to balance unless it was a lot like Battlefront with large armies of trash NPCs and you're starting above -guants. Basically 40k Tarpit battlefield with the bigger boys being call ins.
